What is a Bodhih Trainer Toolkit?

A complete, ready-to-deliver training programme for one workshop topic. Each toolkit contains 14 files: a training design document, a facilitator guide, a full slide deck plus a simplified backup deck, a participant workbook, pre-work reading, case studies, a role-play scenario pack, assessment instruments, quick reference cards, a virtual delivery guide, a feedback form, a certificate template and a marketing toolkit to fill the room.

How much does a trainer toolkit cost?

Each toolkit is ₹2,999 including 18% GST for buyers in India, or US$29 for buyers outside India. It is a one-time payment with no subscription. A GST invoice is issued automatically.

How do I receive the files after paying?

The download page opens the moment payment succeeds, and a permanent download link is emailed to you at the same time. The files are editable Microsoft Word and PowerPoint documents, so you can add your own branding and examples.

Who writes the toolkits?

Bodhih Training Solutions, a Bengaluru corporate training company founded in 2008 that has delivered programmes to more than 2,000 companies. The toolkits package the structure, activities and materials of those programmes for independent trainers and in-house L&D teams.

Can I measure my participants before and after the workshop?

Yes. Every toolkit includes assessment instruments and a feedback form, and each sales page suggests matching pre/post assessments on AssessAll, Bodhih’s sister assessment platform. You can also build your own assessment there or ask the AssessAll team to create one. For longer-term growth, Jobulary turns assessment results into individual development plans.

Can Bodhih deliver the programme for us instead?

Can I deliver the programme to my own clients?

Yes. The licence lets the buyer deliver the programme to their own participants and clients, in-person or virtually, and adapt the material. Reselling or redistributing the files themselves is not permitted.
