Live voice conversation against a scenario persona — a nurse handover, a collections call, a standup. Pronunciation scored at phoneme level, vocabulary on spaced repetition, progression mapped to CEFR.
Every other platform counts what your people watched. Bodhih measures a competency before, trains against it, makes them practise it, and measures it again ninety days later — then issues a credential that states the movement, not the attendance.
Five steps, in order, every time. The diagnostic at the front, the practice quota in the middle, a real work artifact, and a re-measurement at the back. Take any one of those away and it is a playlist with a prerequisite lock — which is what everyone else ships and calls a learning path.
An AssessAll instrument sets the starting band on every competency the pathway targets. Nobody starts blind, and you find out where your people actually are before you commit.
Blocks, video, SCORM, live sessions. Deliberately capped near 40% of learner time. Content is the setup, not the product.
Live conversation, simulated software, scenario roleplay — graded, repeatable, producing evidence. This is the part competitors structurally do not have.
Something done at work and submitted: a call, a plan, a workbook, a manager attestation. This is what turns a course into behaviour.
Re-measurement on the same instrument at ninety days, then a portable credential that states which codes moved and by how much.
At least 40% of learner time happens inside an engine that grades what the person actually did — and hands you the evidence.
Live voice conversation against a scenario persona — a nurse handover, a collections call, a standup. Pronunciation scored at phoneme level, vocabulary on spaced repetition, progression mapped to CEFR.
Guided then unguided task completion inside a replica of the real interface — Excel, Power BI, Tally. Graded on the steps actually taken, not on a multiple-choice quiz about them.
Roleplay against a generated counterpart with an objective and a rubric — difficult feedback, negotiation, escalation. The transcript is scored against Spine codes.
Every one of these is a benefit to the person signing the invoice, not a feature on a comparison grid.
A free baseline across one team of twenty tells you where they actually are. Most buyers have never had that number. The report is the proposal.
Every pathway declares the codes it targets and the band movement expected. Your catalogue becomes searchable by outcome instead of by topic.
At ninety days you have a movement report per competency, per team. Not completion rates — the thing completion rates were always a proxy for.
An Open Badge stating which competencies moved, on what evidence, verifiable by a link you choose to share. Not a PDF that says “attended”.
Assessment, delivery, practice and coaching under one record of a person, one wallet, one login. Built as separate businesses, which is why it is hard to copy.
Bodhih has run first-time-manager and communication programmes for Indian corporates since 2008. The platform is that practice, instrumented.
The questions buyers actually ask, answered without a sales call in the way.
Ask us something elseA pathway opens with a diagnostic that sets a starting band on each competency it targets, caps content at roughly 40% of learner time, requires graded practice and a real work artifact, and closes with a re-measurement on the same instrument 90 days later. A course delivers content and records completion. The difference is that a pathway produces evidence of change; a course produces attendance.
Bodhih measures the same competency twice with the same instrument — once before the programme and once 90 days after it — and reports the difference. Movement below 8 points is reported as "held steady" rather than growth, because that is inside measurement error. Every reading records its source, instrument, date and confidence, so an assessed score is never confused with an inferred one.
The Competency Spine is a framework of 32 competencies across six clusters — Self, Thinking, Communication, Working with Others, Leading and Delivering — each scored 0 to 100 across five bands: Aware, Applying, Independent, Advanced and Expert. A parallel Capability axis carries language against CEFR levels and software tools against a task inventory, scored the same way so reports read consistently.
Bodhih LMS is priced in annual seat bands: ₹99,000 a year for up to 50 seats, ₹2,90,000 for up to 200, and ₹8,90,000 for up to 1,000, with enterprise pricing quoted above that. That works out at roughly ₹120–165 per person per month at the middle band and ₹74 at the top — and includes pathways and competency reporting, which platform-only vendors do not offer. Prices exclude 18% GST.
Yes. The platform imports SCORM 1.2 and 2004 packages, so existing content works as it is, and pathways can be added to it later. Most engagements start with a free diagnostic across one team of twenty on a single competency cluster, which produces a report the company keeps whether or not anything is purchased.
Bodhih Training Solutions is a corporate training company founded in 2008 and based in Bengaluru, India, which has delivered programmes to more than 2,000 companies. It now runs a capability platform built on the same practice, connected to AssessAll for measurement, Jobulary for the competency framework and Pewple for coaching.
A no-cost baseline across one team of twenty, on one competency cluster. You get the report whether or not you buy anything. Most buyers discover a gap they had no data on.
Diagnostic → pathway → platform. In that order, deliberately.
