Deliver a team building programme that changes how junior leaders run their real teams — not just how they feel on the day.
High-Performance Team Building is two coaching-style days built on Google's Project Aristotle, Hackman, Lencioni and Edmondson — seven modules, stable peer coaching triads and a Team Charter every participant completes for their own team. Written by Bodhih Training, ready for you to brand and deliver.
- Seven modules across two days — from psychological safety and clarity to accountability, conflict and sustaining performance
- More than 60% of the time is scenario practice and peer coaching applied to each participant's actual team
- Stable peer coaching triads across both days, so participants experience team dynamics while they learn about them
- Participants leave with a completed Team Charter and a 90-day High-Performance Team Action Plan
High-Performance Team Building Trainer Toolkit by Bodhih Training — built on programmes delivered to 2,000+ companies since 2008.
The workshop is on the calendar. The material isn’t.
'Team building' has a reputation problem
Buyers have sat through away-days with games and no lasting change. You need a design that is visibly different — rooted in research and aimed at the team each leader goes back to on Monday.
Seven topics, one coherent arc
Psychological safety, clarity, norms, accountability, diversity, conflict and resilience each deserve a session. Sequencing them into two days that build on each other — with practice, not lectures — is weeks of design work.
Transfer is the real test
A good day in the training room is easy. A team leader who is still running the charter ninety days later is not. Without planning tools, accountability structures and assessments built in, the programme fades by the next quarter.
Picture the evening before your programme.
Picture Day 1 at 09:00. Your participants sit down in the triads they will keep for the whole programme, and you open with Module 1 — Psychological Safety and Trust, drawn from Google's Project Aristotle and Amy Edmondson's work. Before lunch, a supervisor realises out loud why nobody in her team raises problems early.
By the afternoon they are drafting Part 1 of a Team Charter — purpose, roles and goals — then agreeing explicit norms for how their teams communicate. The day closes with the triads coaching each other through the GROW model on what they will change first. Every timing, instruction and debrief question is already in your Facilitator Guide.
Day 2 moves into operations: the PACT framework for accountability without blame, Colour Energies for leveraging strengths, Tuckman's stages for making sense of conflict, and a Team Energy Audit for sustaining performance. Before they leave, each person writes a 90-day action plan and names an accountability partner.
When you run it the first time, you'll notice how easily the conversation in the room shifts from 'my difficult team' to 'what I'll build with my team'.

Walk in with data. Walk out with proof.
Trainers who measure before and after design sharper sessions — and get rebooked. AssessAll, our sister assessment platform, has assessments that sit naturally alongside this programme.
Walk in knowing where every participant starts.
Pair High-Performance Team Building with an AssessAll assessment. Participants take it before the workshop, so you can tune the emphasis to the room; they retake it afterwards, so you can show the client what actually moved. Better-targeted sessions, and evidence that wins the next booking.

The rest of the Bodhih family, when you need it
Make the workshop last beyond the room
A workshop is two days; the behaviour change takes months. Jobulary turns assessment evidence into a focused individual development plan (IDP) — a few quarterly objectives built on real work, re-measured honestly. Give every High-Performance Team Building participant a plan to carry forward.
IDPs are launching soon — the working demo is free to explore now, no sign-up.

What makes a team high-performing, according to research?
This programme draws on Google's Project Aristotle, Richard Hackman's research — which attributes around 60% of the variance in team effectiveness to how a team is led rather than who is on it — Lencioni's Five Dysfunctions and Amy Edmondson's work on psychological safety. The seven modules translate those conditions into behaviours a junior leader can practise.
Is this team building programme suitable for virtual delivery?
It is designed for in-person delivery, where the peer coaching triads work best, but a virtual option is available and the toolkit includes a Virtual Delivery Guide for adapting the activities online.
Is this programme only for struggling teams?
No. It works equally for good teams that want to become great. Participants apply every module to the team they lead now, so each person finds the conditions their own team is missing.
What exactly do I get in the High-Performance Team Building trainer toolkit?
14 editable files: Training Design Document, Facilitator Guide, Slide Deck — Simple Backup, Slide Deck — Main, Virtual Delivery Guide, Participant Workbook, Pre-Work Material, Case Studies, Role-Play Scenario Pack, Quick Reference Cards, Assessment Instruments, Participant Feedback Form, Certificate Template, Marketing Toolkit. Word and PowerPoint formats, so you can add your own branding and examples — and a single ZIP to download everything at once.
How much does the High-Performance Team Building toolkit cost?
₹2,999 including 18% GST for buyers in India, or $29 for buyers outside India. One-time payment, no subscription, with an automatic invoice.
How and when do I receive the files?
Immediately. Your download page opens the moment payment succeeds, and a permanent download link is emailed to you. The link works from any device without a password.
Can I deliver this programme to my clients and put my own logo on it?
Licensed to the buyer to deliver this programme to their own participants and clients, in person or online, and to adapt and brand the material. Reselling or redistributing the files is not permitted.
