Give junior leaders the skills to carry change through their teams — not just announce it.
Change Management Essentials is a coaching-style, 16-hour programme with eight modules and eight frameworks, built around the real change each participant is leading right now. Facilitator guide, slides, workbook, role plays, case studies and assessments — written by Bodhih Training, ready to deliver.
- 8 modules over 2 days · 16 contact hours — from the Change Curve to a 30-Day Change Leadership Action Plan
- Frameworks participants remember: CLEAR-C, the 3 Anchors of Trust, ADKAR, LISTEN-LEAD and REINFORCE
- Over 60% of programme time in role plays and peer coaching on participants' own change initiatives
- Grounded in research the toolkit cites from McKinsey and Prosci on why change succeeds or fails at team level
- Ends with an accountability partner, so the learning outlives the workshop
Change Management Essentials Trainer Toolkit by Bodhih Training — built on programmes delivered to 2,000+ companies since 2008.
The workshop is on the calendar. The material isn’t.
Change training built for project managers
Most change content is written for change managers and project leads. The team leaders who actually carry adoption day to day get a slide on the Change Curve and little else.
Case studies nobody cares about
Hypothetical scenarios keep participants at arm's length. You want a design where people work on the change they are living through — and that takes careful structuring.
Launch, then drift
Sponsors have watched changes fade within months. Without sustainment built into the programme, training ends at go-live — exactly where the hard part begins.
Picture the evening before your programme.
Picture Day 1, 'The Human Side of Change'. Every participant has brought a real change their team is navigating — a restructure, a new system, a process shift. By Module 2 they are placing their own team members on the Change Curve and realising they have been leading from their stage, not their team's.
Then comes CLEAR-C, and they draft the honest change message that should have gone out before the grapevine got there. The 3 Anchors — presence, consistency and honesty — give them a way to rebuild trust in the middle of uncertainty. Every activity, timing and debrief is in the Facilitator Guide.
Day 2, 'The Courageous Change Conversations', is where it gets real. ADKAR helps them diagnose exactly where each person is stuck. LISTEN-LEAD role plays prepare them for the resistant team member they have been avoiding. The REINFORCE model shows them how to protect the change from the pull of old habits, and Module 8 ends with a 30-Day Change Leadership Action Plan and an accountability partner.
As you deliver it, you'll notice how naturally participants stop seeing resistance as a problem and start treating it as information.

- Use ADKAR to assess readiness and target support where each person is stuck
- Hold resistance conversations with LISTEN-LEAD — understanding before responding
- Plan post-launch reinforcement with the nine-element REINFORCE model

Walk in with data. Walk out with proof.
Trainers who measure before and after design sharper sessions — and get rebooked. AssessAll, our sister assessment platform, has assessments that sit naturally alongside this programme.
Walk in knowing where every participant starts.
Pair Change Management Essentials with an AssessAll assessment. Participants take it before the workshop, so you can tune the emphasis to the room; they retake it afterwards, so you can show the client what actually moved. Better-targeted sessions, and evidence that wins the next booking.

The rest of the Bodhih family, when you need it
Make the workshop last beyond the room
A workshop is two days; the behaviour change takes months. Jobulary turns assessment evidence into a focused individual development plan (IDP) — a few quarterly objectives built on real work, re-measured honestly. Give every Change Management Essentials participant a plan to carry forward.
IDPs are launching soon — the working demo is free to explore now, no sign-up.

Which change management models does this programme use?
It combines the Change Curve and the ADKAR model with frameworks built for team leaders: CLEAR-C for change communication, the 3 Anchors of Trust, LISTEN-LEAD for resistance and the nine-element REINFORCE model for sustaining change.
Is this change management training suitable for junior managers?
Yes — it is designed specifically for team leads, supervisors and emerging managers with up to three years in leadership, who sit between organisational strategy and daily team experience.
