Learners pay once for each course, pathway or toolkit they choose, with no subscription. Companies run the Bodhih LMS on an annual seat plan and buy licences for any Bodhih course inside it.

- Your admin opens the catalogue in the LMS and buys credits for any Bodhih course or pathway at the company price.
- Pay online at checkout, or send a request and pay offline; we activate the licence when payment arrives.
- A credit is used when a person starts. Assigned but not started? Take it back and it returns to your pool.
- Seats are separate: a leaver’s seat frees up for a joiner at no charge.

Is there one price or a subscription for all Bodhih courses?
No. Individuals pay for each item separately: every pathway, course, trainer toolkit and digital product has its own price, shown on its page and paid once by UPI, card or netbanking. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Bodhih LMS is sold in annual seat bands: Launch at ₹99,000 a year for up to 50 seats, Growth at ₹2,90,000 for up to 200, Scale at ₹8,90,000 for up to 1,000, and Enterprise quoted above that from ₹15,00,000. In dollars those are $1,490, $4,290, $12,900 and from $22,000. Indian prices exclude 18% GST; exports are zero-rated.
How does a company buy Bodhih courses for its people?
Inside the LMS, a company admin opens the catalogue and buys licences (credits) for a course or pathway at the company price, for example ₹6,499 per credit for AI for Sales instead of ₹7,999. Pay online at checkout, or send a request and pay offline; Bodhih activates the licence once payment is received.
What is the difference between a seat and a course credit?
A seat is a place for one person in your company’s LMS; when someone leaves, the seat frees up for a joiner at no charge. A course credit is used the moment a person starts that course and is then gone. A credit assigned to someone who has not started yet can be taken back and returns to your pool.
Can a company use the LMS only for its own content?
Yes. The seat plan covers the platform, so you can upload your own SCORM 1.2 or 2004 packages, PDFs, Word and PowerPoint files, video and audio, and pay nothing more. Bodhih courses and pathways are optional licences on top.
What is included that usually costs extra?
Every pathway includes its opening diagnostic and, where the pathway has one, the 90-day re-measurement. Certificates and Open Badges are issued at no extra cost on pathways that award a credential. For companies, migration of existing SCORM content is included in onboarding.
