In short
These terms apply when you use bodhih.org or the Bodhih LMS. Keep your account to yourself, pay for what you use, do your own work in assessments, and use courses and toolkits only as licensed. Companies on a seat plan are also bound by their order form, which wins if the two differ. Indian law applies, with courts in Bengaluru.
Who we are and when these terms apply
bodhih.org and the Bodhih LMS are run by Bodhih Training Solutions Private Limited, 963, 2nd Floor, 3rd Cross, 1st Block, HRBR Layout, Bengaluru 560043, India (“Bodhih”, “we”). By creating an account, buying anything or using the platform you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our refund and cancellation policy.
If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it. A company’s order form or agreement with us takes priority over these terms where they conflict.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- An account is for one person. Do not share your login or let someone else take a course, assessment or exam as you.
- Keep your password safe and tell us at once if you think your account has been used without permission.
- You must be 18 or over, or have a parent’s or guardian’s verifiable consent.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each item’s page. Course, pathway and LMS prices exclude 18% GST unless marked otherwise; Trainer Toolkit prices in India include GST. Buyers outside India may be charged in US dollars. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and a GST invoice is issued automatically.
Companies may buy online or, where we allow it, by request with an offline payment; access starts when we activate it after payment is received. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.
Courses and pathways
Buying a course or pathway gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning for the access period shown on its page, or, where none is shown, for as long as we offer it. You may not copy, record, download outside the platform, resell or share its content.
We may update content to keep it accurate. If we withdraw something you have bought before you start it, we refund you; if you have started, we will give reasonable notice and time to finish where we can.
Assessments, exams and credentials
- Work you submit and answers you give must be your own. Where a task allows AI tools, it says so and says how to disclose their use.
- Exams marked as proctored are taken under the stated conditions. Breaking them, using another person, or sharing questions is misconduct.
- A credential is awarded only when the stated requirements are met. We may withdraw a credential issued in error or obtained through misconduct; its verification page will then show it as withdrawn.
- Scores and readings are measurements with a margin of error; we report them as described on each course page and do not promise any particular result, job or pay outcome.
Trainer Toolkits and digital products
A Trainer Toolkit licence lets the buyer adapt the files, add their own branding and deliver the programme to their own participants and clients, in person or online. You may not resell, share or publish the files themselves, or offer them for download to others. Other digital products are for the buyer’s own use unless their page says otherwise.
Companies using the Bodhih LMS
- Seat plans set how many people can be in your LMS at once; a leaver’s seat can be reused.
- Course and pathway licences are credits: a credit is used when a person starts, and a credit assigned but not started can be taken back into your pool.
- You control your users and are responsible for their use of the platform, for having the right to upload your content, and for telling your people how their training data is used.
- You own the content you upload. You give us the permission needed to host, process and deliver it to your users, and we process your users’ data on your instructions.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to:
- upload anything unlawful, infringing, harmful or that you have no right to share;
- try to get around access controls, payment, proctoring or rate limits, or scrape the platform;
- introduce malware or disrupt the service;
- harass other learners, reviewers or staff.
Our content and marks
Courses, assessments, software, toolkits and the Bodhih name and logo belong to Bodhih or its licensors. The Bodhih Competency Spine is published separately under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence and may be used on those terms.
Availability, suspension and changes
We work to keep the platform available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after notice where reasonable. We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
Liability
The platform is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law, disputes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue: solutions@bodhih.com, +91 99000 11601, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST.
