A Bodhih CPD hour is one hour of learning as the programme was designed: modules, practice, simulations, assessments and reviewed work. Hours are awarded only when every required stage of the programme is complete, and they appear on the learner's credential, which anyone can check through its verification link. This is Bodhih's own published standard. It is not accredited by, or affiliated with, any external CPD body.
What a Bodhih CPD hour is
One Bodhih CPD hour equals one hour of designed learning time. The hours for a programme are set when it is designed, from the estimated time of every required stage, and are stated on the programme page before anyone buys.
They are not a record of minutes spent logged in. Someone who works faster or slower than the design still earns the stated hours, because what is being certified is that the whole programme was completed, not how long it took.
When hours are awarded
Bodhih CPD hours are awarded only when all of these are true:
- every required stage of the programme is complete, including any work that a person reviews and accepts;
- any required assessment has been taken and has met its stated rule;
- the programme credential has been issued to the named learner.
Programmes that carry Bodhih CPD hours
Each programme page says whether the programme carries Bodhih CPD hours and how many. Today: Bodhih First-Time Manager: From Expert to Leader carries 27 Bodhih CPD hours. Optional extras sold separately, such as a team simulation for a company cohort, are outside a programme’s hours.
How hours are shown and checked
The hours appear on the learner’s credential together with its number and date. Every credential has a verification link that shows the record Bodhih holds: the learner’s name, the programme, the hours and the date of issue. Nothing on that page is supplied by the person presenting it.
Using Bodhih CPD hours with a professional body
Many professional bodies let members record learning they have chosen for themselves. Whether a body accepts Bodhih CPD hours, and how many it counts, is that body’s decision. Check its rules before you rely on the hours, and share the verification link if it asks for evidence.
Bodhih does not claim that its CPD hours are accredited, endorsed or recognised by any external body, and will say so plainly on this page if that ever changes.
Changes to this standard
If this standard changes, credentials already issued keep the hours they were issued with. This version applies from 3 November 2026.
