This is a ready-to-use, editable PowerPoint deck of about 50 slides on energy-based scheduling for ADHD. It introduces an Energy Operating System, an energy map, energy-tagged task boards and day-type schedules for crash and hyperfocus days. It suits adults with ADHD, coaches, trainers and managers.
The opening slides question the 8-hour workday model, describe an energy rollercoaster of hyperfocus peaks and crashes, and name the 'two-week death spiral' of excitement, overload and abandonment. Chapter 1 then defines an Energy Operating System, compares energy management with time management and offers the image of matching a task to your charge, like a phone battery.
Chapter 2 helps you find your zones (peak capacity, dip zones and recovery zones), model your rhythm over one to two weeks and record it with a Daily Energy Tracker. Chapter 3 builds the system with energy-tagged Kanban boards, the 3-5-7 rule for task initiation, a targeting system for hyperfocus, the Swiss Cheese Method and environment design.
Chapter 4 is the template set: a five-minute Morning Brief, a Daily Energy-Based Schedule and worked examples of a crash day and a hyperfocus day. Chapter 5 adds crisis-first architecture with a 30-second emergency protocol, emotional regulation, minimum viable routines and external structure, followed by two case studies and a four-step personal action plan.

Track energy for two weeks, then build the default weekly template from chapter 7's four steps.
Download the deck instantly, open it in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides and edit the zones and schedules to suit you. Slide 17 is the tracker to print first.
