Reduce what pulls your attention away, and plan small rewards that help you begin.
When stimulation is everywhere, the easy option wins over the important one. Rearranging a workspace and writing a menu of small rewards can change what is within reach. This deck turns that idea into slides and worksheets you can use or present.

This is a ready-to-use, editable PowerPoint deck of about 50 slides on low-dopamine work environments for ADHD. It explains dopamine regulation in plain terms, three environment hacks, how to build a dopamine menu, and gives an audit checklist and trackers. It suits adults with ADHD, students, creators and trainers.
The deck starts with the brain and the dopamine connection. It argues that ADHD is better described as a matter of dopamine regulation than simply 'low dopamine', distinguishes activation failure from procrastination and uses a 'steering wheel is broken' analogy. Chapter 2 moves to design: why traditional systems miss, key principles, and three environment hacks covering digital distractions, the physical space and the use of novelty and urgency.
Chapter 3 is about the dopamine menu: what it is, how to build one step by step, examples of sensory and other micro-rewards, and a visual version to place on your desk or phone. A Dopamine Menu Tracker template and a before and after slide complete the chapter. Chapter 4 adds task chunking with built-in rewards, body doubling and a short, cautious slide on dopamine patches, along with notes on norepinephrine and brain-state feedback tools.
Chapter 5 provides a Week 1 action plan, a Weekly Productivity Tracker and an Environment Audit Checklist, and chapter 6 shows three case studies. The last chapters look at future tools, self-compassion and continuous experimentation, ending with a personal blueprint.

Only briefly. It cautions that evidence for over-the-counter dopamine patches is limited and advises speaking to a qualified healthcare professional. It does not recommend any product.
The title refers to low-stimulation environments, and the deck explains the difference early on. It focuses on how you design your surroundings, not on changing brain chemistry.
