Rebuild the calendar around how time actually feels when you live in 'now' and 'not now'.
Standard time management assumes you can feel minutes passing. If you cannot, a packed schedule becomes one more thing to feel bad about. Explaining a more forgiving approach to a group, or rebuilding your own, takes time you may not have. This deck lays the whole method out in slides you can adapt.

This is a ready-to-use, editable PowerPoint deck of about 50 slides on time blocking for ADHD. It explains time blindness, then walks through a five-step build with colour coding, buffers and theme days, plus three planner templates. It suits adults with ADHD, students, coaches and trainers.
The deck opens with the time paradox: why time blindness makes traditional planning slip, and how the brain's 'now versus not now' horizon makes the future feel abstract. From there it rebuilds time blocking in an ADHD-friendly form, starting with the Colour-Coded Brain Method and a guide to power block lengths, from 15 and 25 minutes up to 45 minutes of deep work reserved for peak hours.
Chapter 3 is the working core, five steps in order: map your energy for a week, anchor your fixed commitments, do a brain dump and prioritise, create your own time block template, then add white space and 5 to 10 minute buffers. Chapter 4 keeps it going with batching, theme days, a permission slip for imperfection and a weekly plan-versus-reality review.
You'll also find three ready templates (a weekly planner, a daily Must-Do tracker limited to three decisions, and an energy and focus log), a roadblocks chapter with fixes such as the double alarm system for hyperfocus, and advanced slides on blocking a big goal such as writing a book. It closes with a four-action first week: start, track, review, adjust.

Present chapters 1 to 3 in one session, then hand out the weekly planner template for people to fill in before the next meeting.
Use the energy tracker and Must-Do slides in session one, then bring the review questions back each week.
Work through the five steps alone, then block the first week using the action plan slides.
Download the deck instantly, open it in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides and change the colours, durations and examples to match your own day. Slide 13, the energy map, is the best place to begin.
