White-label LMS for training companies: a branded portal for every client on one contract
By Bodhih Training Solutions, Bengaluru · UpdatedThe short answer
A white-label LMS lets a training company run online learning under its own brand. On the Bodhih LMS, your academy carries your logo and domain, and each client gets its own branch or sub-portal with its own address, look and admins, all on one contract. You can upload SCORM and documents, sell through checkout with invoicing in INR and USD, and add trainers per client.
What does a training company need from a white-label LMS?
Training companies sell to many clients, and each client wants to see its own name, its own learners and its own reports. A white-label LMS must keep clients separate while letting you manage them all from one place.
- Your brand and custom domain on the main academy
- Branches and sub-portals: one per client, each with its own address, look and admins
- Company admins and trainers per client, so clients can run their own cohorts
- SCORM 1.2 and 2004, plus PDF, Word, PowerPoint, video and audio
- A marketplace, checkout and invoicing in INR and USD
- Verifiable credentials and Open Badges under your name
How many client portals does each plan include?
Branch counts by plan, billed annually and excluding GST:
| Plan | Seats | Branches | Price per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| Launch | Up to 50 | One | ₹99,000 |
| Growth | Up to 200 | Three | ₹2,90,000 |
| Scale | Up to 1,000 | Fifteen | ₹8,90,000 |
| Enterprise | 1,000+ | Unlimited | Quoted, from ₹15,00,000 |
Can we activate client accounts after offline payment?
Yes. Many corporate clients pay by bank transfer against a purchase order. The platform’s super-admin can activate a company account once an offline payment is received, so you are not forced to route every corporate sale through a card checkout. Individual learners can still pay online.
Where does the content come from?
Most training companies load their own SCORM courses and documents. If you also run classroom programmes, Bodhih’s Trainer Toolkits give you ready-to-deliver programmes: 100 titles, each with 14 editable Word and PowerPoint files, at ₹2,999 including GST in India, delivered under your own brand to your own participants.
For trainers building their facilitation practice, Bodhih Training (bodhih.com) runs a Train the Trainer certification that Technavio (London) ranked “Global Top 7”.
How does a training company get started?
A typical set-up sequence:
- Choose a plan by total learner seats and the number of client portals you need
- Set your brand, colours and custom domain
- Create a branch for each client and appoint its admins and trainers
- Upload or migrate your SCORM content; migration is included during onboarding
- Publish courses to the marketplace or assign them to client groups

Questions people ask next
What is a white-label LMS?
A white-label LMS is a learning platform you run under your own brand and domain, with the vendor’s name out of sight. Learners and clients see your academy. Training companies use it to deliver online and blended programmes to many clients from one system.
Can each client have its own portal and admins?
Yes. Branches and sub-portals give each client its own address, look and admins on one contract. Growth includes three branches, Scale fifteen and Enterprise unlimited. Each client’s admins manage their own learners and reports.
Can we sell courses online through the LMS?
Yes. The Bodhih LMS includes a marketplace and checkout, and issues invoices in INR and USD. You can sell to individuals online and still activate corporate clients who pay offline by bank transfer against a purchase order or invoice.
How much does a white-label LMS cost?
Bodhih LMS plans start at ₹99,000 a year plus GST for up to 50 seats with branding, a custom domain and one branch. Growth is ₹2,90,000 for up to 200 seats and three branches, and Scale ₹8,90,000 for up to 1,000 seats and fifteen branches.
Can our trainers run their own cohorts?
Yes. Trainers can be added per company, alongside company admins, so a trainer can manage the learners and progress for the clients they deliver to without access to other clients’ data. Company admins handle enrolment and reports for their own organisation.
Do you provide classroom training materials as well?
Yes, separately. Trainer Toolkits are 100 ready-to-deliver programmes, each with 14 editable files including a facilitator guide, slide deck and participant workbook. Each costs ₹2,999 including GST in India or US$29 elsewhere, and you deliver them under your own brand.
Is the LMS SCORM compliant?
Yes. It plays SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages served from the same origin and records completion, score and time. Existing SCORM content is migrated during onboarding at no extra charge, so clients keep their existing courses.
