How do client portals and billing work?
Each client gets a branch or sub-portal with its own address, look and admins, and you can add trainers per client. Individuals can buy through the marketplace checkout, invoices are issued in INR and USD, and corporate clients who pay by bank transfer can be activated by the platform super-admin once payment arrives. SCORM 1.2 and 2004 content is supported, and existing SCORM is migrated during onboarding.
How do trainer toolkits help a training company?
Each toolkit contains 14 editable files: a training design document, facilitator guide, slide deck, simplified backup deck, participant workbook, pre-work, case studies, role-play pack, assessment instruments, quick reference cards, virtual delivery guide, feedback form, certificate template and marketing toolkit. Most are two-day programmes, and you deliver them under your own brand to your own participants.

Can we upload our existing e-learning courses?
Yes. The LMS plays SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 and also hosts PDF, Word, PowerPoint, video and audio. Existing SCORM content is migrated during onboarding at no extra charge, so you can move clients across without rebuilding courses.
