How is progress measured?
Each manager takes a diagnostic before the first module and again at 90 days. The portfolio is graded by a person against a rubric, and the proctored exam requires 70% overall and at least 60% in every domain. The credential is verifiable by link and issued as an Open Badge 2.0.

Is there a certificate at the end?
Yes. Managers who pass the proctored exam, at 70% overall and at least 60% in every domain, receive a verifiable credential, also issued as an Open Badge 2.0, after their portfolio has been graded by a person.
Can we run it for experienced managers too?
Yes. The course also suits experienced managers who are new to AI and team leaders about to step up. HR and L&D teams developing new managers can take it themselves first, so they know what their managers will be asked to build.
