A practical system for starting small, anchoring to what you already do and celebrating so the habit sticks.
Resolutions that demand time and energy from day one can feel impossible for people with real constraints. This deck shows a smaller route and gives you the steps in order, so you can start in a few minutes or teach it to others.

This is a ready-to-use, editable PowerPoint deck of about 50 slides on micro-habits for busy adults. It covers the B = MAP model, a seven-step design process, anchor moments, celebration, role-based examples and a 5-day challenge with a tracker. It suits professionals, students and creators short on time.
The first chapter makes the case against all-or-nothing change, looking at willpower as a limited resource and why a failed habit system can be a design problem rather than a personal flaw. Chapter 2 introduces BJ Fogg's behaviour design work and the B = MAP model of motivation, ability and prompt, with the idea that tiny habits focus on ability and anchoring prompts.
The design chapter is a seven-step process: clarify your aspiration, explore behaviour options, find your golden behaviours (high impact and highly feasible), start tiny, find your anchor moment, celebrate, then troubleshoot, iterate and expand. Role-based chapters show it in action: five deep breaths after opening email for a professional, one paragraph after opening the textbook for a student and one sentence after opening the writing app for a creator.
The system chapter covers how many tiny habits to start with (fewer than you think), when to make them bigger, a 5-day challenge with a 25-minute Monday setup and three minutes a day, a tracker template and a troubleshooting list. Later chapters show a timeline from day 1 to day 66 and beyond, real-world examples and a four-step action plan. The final slide is a Thank You and Q&A slide, so the deck is ready to present as it stands.

Present chapters 2 and 3, then use the 5-day challenge slide so each attendee leaves with an anchor, a tiny habit and a celebration.
Use the study habit slide (read one paragraph after opening the textbook) and the tracker to help students begin small.
Work through the four-step action plan at the end, write your habit recipe and begin on Day 1 of the tracker.
Download the deck instantly, open it in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides, and edit it freely. Slide 50 asks you to write your first habit recipe: After I ____, I will ____.
