Business simulations that build judgement, one decision at a time
Short single-player micro-sims for anyone, and live team formats for companies and universities. Every decision is scored, every play ends in a debrief, and every result maps to a named skill.
What are Bodhih Arena business simulations?
Bodhih Arena business simulations are online exercises in which you make real business decisions and see the result. There are 25 single-player micro-sims of 10 to 20 minutes, each sold on its own, plus three team formats for companies and universities: a strategy tournament, a live crisis room and a negotiation arena.
What is a business simulation?
A business simulation is a model of a business situation in which the player makes decisions, the model works out what happens, and the player sees the consequences. Good simulations hide some facts, as real life does, so judgement matters as much as arithmetic. They end with a debrief that explains what happened and why, which is where most of the learning happens.

Why simulations beat case studies for practising judgement
You decide, instead of reading what someone else decided
A case study tells you the ending. A simulation hands you the decision with incomplete facts and a clock, which is what work is like.
Consequences you can see
Every choice moves the numbers. You see what your call did to cash, customers, people or trust, not what a trainer thinks it might do.
Replay until it sticks
Each micro-sim play is a new seeded scenario. You can try again with a different approach and compare, which a fixed case cannot offer.
Evidence, not attendance
Scores and sub-scores map to the open Bodhih Competency Spine, so L&D teams can see which skills moved, and players can earn a credential.
How Bodhih Arena works
- STEP 1
Pick one simulation
Choose by the skill you want to practise: finance, strategy, sales, marketing, people, operations, AI or sustainability.
- STEP 2
Play in your browser
Micro-sims take 10 to 20 minutes on a laptop, tablet or phone. Team formats run live, with a facilitator console.
- STEP 3
Read the debrief
What happened, built from your own numbers; why; what strong players do; and one key concept to keep.
- STEP 4
Earn the credential
A micro-sim score of 80 or more earns an Open Badges 3.0 credential with a public verification page.
Buying for yourself or for a team
For yourself
Buy any single micro-sim online for $12. Each simulation is sold on its own. Team formats are not sold to individuals: register interest for an open cohort instead.
For a team, college or school
Buy seats per simulation: $12 per seat for a micro-sim and $99 per participant for the team tournament, with volume pricing by seat count. Up to 25 seats can be bought online.
Programmes and licences
For more seats, facilitated programmes, institution licences or a custom world built on your company, request a quote. We activate your seats after payment.
The formats
Micro-sims
Single player, 10 to 20 minutes, one hard skill each. Server-scored, replayable, with a debrief and a credential at 80 or more.
Team tournament
Meridian Mobility: teams run rival electric-mobility companies for 6 to 10 rounds, with AI stakeholders, a Board Room and What-if replay.
Live team exercises
Crisis Room (60 to 120 minutes, ten timed injects) and Negotiation Arena (30 to 60 minutes, six issues, a hidden deal-breaker).
How much does a business simulation cost?
One micro-sim for one person costs $12. Companies buy seats at $12 per seat for a micro-sim, with volume pricing by seat count; team formats are priced per participant or on quote.
Is there an all-access pass?
No. Every simulation is sold on its own, so you pay only for the skills you want to practise.
How long does a simulation take?
Micro-sims take 10 to 20 minutes. Negotiation Arena runs 30 to 60 minutes, Crisis Room 60 to 120 minutes, and the Meridian Mobility tournament 6 to 10 rounds.
Can I try one free?
Yes. The Taste of Arena page has a free 3-round Price War with no sign-up.
Do I get a certificate?
A micro-sim score of 80 or more earns an Open Badges 3.0 credential with a public verification page and an Add to LinkedIn button. Team formats issue a credential to each participant.
Can my company buy seats?
Yes. Buy up to 25 seats online for any simulation, or request a quote for larger groups, facilitated programmes or an institution licence.
Do the simulations work with our LMS?
Yes. They launch from Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard or D2L through LTI 1.3, with the grade passed back, and can be a stage in a Bodhih pathway.
Are the simulations for students too?
Yes. Universities buy student seats, and Young CEO is a junior edition for ages 12 to 16.
Can I play a simulation again?
Yes. Every micro-sim play is a new seeded scenario, so you can replay to improve your score.
Does the AI invent numbers?
No. Scores come from the simulation engine. AI characters and the coach in the team formats only quote numbers the engine produced.
