How do plant inductions work on the LMS?
Each plant can have its own branch, with its own address, look and admins. Groups and attribute rules assign the right induction by plant and role, automations remind and escalate, and the plant’s HR or safety team sees its own reports. You load your own SOPs and safety content; existing SCORM is migrated during onboarding.
Mobile apps are on the roadmap. Today, learners use the LMS in a browser on any device.
How do you develop supervisors into people managers?

Yes. Branches give each plant its own address, look and admins on one contract, so plant HR or safety teams manage their own learners. Growth includes three branches, Scale fifteen and Enterprise unlimited.
Can the LMS track safety recertification?
Yes, from the Growth plan. Expiry and recertification automations mark a completion as expired at the end of its validity, reassign the course and remind the learner, escalating to the supervisor if it becomes overdue. You provide the safety content itself.
Does Bodhih provide safety or SOP courses?
No. Bodhih does not supply safety or SOP content. You upload your own SOP documents, safety videos and SCORM modules, and the LMS assigns, tracks and recertifies them. Existing SCORM content is migrated during onboarding at no extra charge.
Is there a mobile app for shop-floor workers?
Mobile apps are on the roadmap and not available today. Learners can use the LMS in a mobile browser, and you can keep shop-floor content short, such as a video and a PDF, so it works on a phone during a break.
