A five-part prompt framework, six tactics and a prompt toolkit, explained in management terms.
Many managers try an AI assistant, get a bland answer and stop. The missing piece is usually the brief, a skill managers already use every day. This deck shows how to write one, in a form you can teach to a team.

This is a ready-to-use, editable PowerPoint deck of 51 slides on prompting fundamentals for managers. It teaches a five-part prompt framework and six tactics, shows prompts for common business tasks, and provides a prompt pack, SOP and checklist. It suits non-technical managers new to AI.
Chapter 1 starts from what you know: prompting is a management skill, and the vague-instruction trap is the same one that derails delegation to people. Slides on instructions lost in translation and why managers struggle at first make the point without jargon.
Chapter 2 is the framework. Role, Task, Context, Constraints and Output each get their own slide, followed by an anatomy slide and a full sample prompt. Chapter 3 adds six tactics: document and reuse good prompts, use role-play, ask for diverse approaches, iterate and refine, choose between zero-shot and few-shot prompting, and use chain-of-thought for step-by-step reasoning. You'll notice each tactic has a short example you can try straight away.
Chapter 4 shows prompts for content and marketing, market research, drafting and communication, and problem solving, along with a few company examples of AI at work. Chapter 5 gives you a prompt pack with a sales outreach email template, an SOP and a checklist. The last two chapters cover pitfalls, human oversight, bias awareness and a three-step action plan. The company examples carry vendor-reported figures, so check them before quoting.

Teach the five parts in 15 minutes, then give each participant a real task to turn into a prompt and improve through two iterations.
Use tactic 1, the prompt pack and the checklist to start a shared, versioned set of prompts for recurring work.
Take one chapter a day, rewriting one of your own weak prompts each time using the framework.
Download the deck instantly, open it in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides and replace the examples with tasks from your own team. The three-step action plan begins at slide 47.
