Decide what to hand to AI, how to brief it, and where the human check must stay.
Managers are asked to use AI to get time back, yet nobody hands out a rulebook for which tasks suit it. Hand over too little and you stay buried; hand over too much and errors slip through. This deck gives you a simple way to decide, and slides to explain it.

This is a ready-to-use, editable PowerPoint deck of 51 slides on delegating to AI without losing judgement. It gives an AI-or-human framework, three delegation tests, a prompt anatomy, a five-step workflow, case studies, an SOP and a checklist. It suits managers deciding what to hand over.
The deck begins with how the manager's role is shifting, then sets out what AI does well and when to keep work human, with two matching checklists. A one-page framework asks two questions of every task: is it repetitive, structured or data-driven, and is the risk of error low and the output easy to review? A slide on the hallucination hazard explains why that second question matters.
Chapter 3 is the heart of it: three delegation tests. Test 1 is probability-cost fit, which weighs the chance of an acceptable result against the value and the time to review. Test 2 is task risk and reviewability. Test 3 is context and control: define the objective, set constraints, supply context. Prompt anatomy follows, as a five-part brief, with two slides of templates for report drafting, idea generation and more.
Chapter 5 turns the tests into a workflow with five steps, an SOP and a readiness checklist, then four case studies cover marketing content, reporting, customer support and HR policy drafting. The final chapter returns to judgement: the manager as sensemaker, guarding against delegating your thinking, and building an AI judgement muscle through regular practice.

Present the three tests and ask each manager to score three real tasks, then compare where judgement differs.
Pair the AI-or-human framework with the sensemaker slides to show that delegation to AI still needs a named human owner.
Use the readiness checklist to find two low-risk tasks, write delegation prompts with the template slides, and review the output together with a colleague.
Download the deck instantly, open it in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides and edit the tests, checklists and templates to match your own tasks and risk levels. Slide 17 summarises all three tests on one page.

Both. The tests and case studies work well in a discussion-led session, and the SOP and checklist work as a self-study workbook.
It gives you a method rather than a fixed list: two framework questions, three tests, and examples of low-risk and high-risk tasks. You apply them to your own work, risk appetite and company policy.
One slide explains hallucination, the workflow includes a review and feedback step, and the final chapter is about keeping human judgement central. AI output should always be checked by a person before use.
