Use an AI assistant to rank your task list and shape your week, then check it against your own judgement.
Overwhelm and decision paralysis are common for managers, and a reactive week leaves little room for the work that matters. AI assistants can help you sort and schedule, but only if you know what to ask. This deck puts the asking into ready prompts and templates.

This is a ready-to-use, editable PowerPoint deck of 51 slides on using AI to prioritise work and plan your week. It includes prompt packs, a prioritisation matrix, a weekly schedule template, a six-step SOP and three case studies. It suits non-technical managers facing overload.
The first two chapters keep AI in perspective: where it excels, where it falls short, and a few myths about needing code. Then the deck gets specific. Chapter 3 is about prioritisation: the challenge of paralysis, a worked marketing-tasks example showing an input prompt and the output, a prompt pack, and a spreadsheet-style matrix with columns for goal alignment, effort, impact and an AI priority rank.
Chapter 4 does the same for the week. It contrasts reactive and proactive planning, walks through planning a product launch week with a sample prompt, and gives a prompt pack and a day-by-day schedule template with key focus, top three priorities, AI-assigned task blocks and a contingency column. Chapter 5 adds a six-step SOP to follow every Monday and a readiness checklist.
Three case studies, in marketing, manufacturing operations and HR, show the approach in different settings. Chapter 7 deals with roadblocks, ethical responsibility and building trust when your team has concerns, and the final chapters give you your first prioritisation task and a starter weekly-planning prompt. One late slide on plain-language 'vibe coding' is optional extra reading.

Follow the six-step SOP once with your real task list, then keep the matrix and schedule template as a standing page you reuse weekly.
Run the prioritisation matrix as a live exercise: participants list five tasks, score them, then compare their ranking with an AI suggestion.
Use the roadblocks, ethics and trust slides to open a discussion before anyone is asked to change how they plan.
Download the deck instantly, open it in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides and put your own tasks into the templates. Slide 47 holds the starter prompt for your first AI-assisted weekly plan.
