An evidence-based guide and a working toolkit that turns "I just feel off" into one clear page your clinician can read in ninety seconds. Educational content, not medical advice.
Perimenopause Decoded · Bodhih Pro Kits · 41 by Bodhih Training, trainers to 2,000+ companies since 2008.
Score your symptoms from 0 to 3 once a day for four to eight weeks, note your cycle and sleep, then summarise your top three symptoms with frequency and trend on one page. Perimenopause Decoded from Bodhih Training gives you the tracker workbook, a printable Doctor report, appointment forms and an evidence-based guide to do exactly that.

Palpitations go to one clinician, aching joints to another, sleep to a third. Nobody mentions that erratic hormones could link them, and you start to wonder if it is all in your head.
You finally get the appointment and cannot say how many nights or how bad. Recall is unreliable for anyone, and brain fog makes it worse. You leave with a leaflet.
One friend says hormone therapy is dangerous, another says everyone should take it. Without absolute numbers and neutral sources it is impossible to know what to ask.
Most trackers on the market are pretty grids. They do not rank your symptoms, show a trend, test a trigger or produce anything a doctor can read quickly.
You are declining projects, snapping at people you love and saying nothing, because nobody ever gave you the words.
Picture a Sunday evening two weeks from now. You open the tracker, and the Daily log has turned into a heat-map. For the first time you can see it: the bad nights cluster, the fog follows the bad nights, and it is not random after all.
Now imagine the appointment. As you hand over the one-page Doctor report, you say your headline in fifteen seconds and then stop talking. The clinician reads, looks up and starts discussing options. You ask your five questions, including the one about absolute numbers, and you repeat the plan back before you stand up.
A few weeks later you have had the conversation at work, the one you planned line by line. The desk has moved away from the radiator. At home, three sentences have replaced months of guessing. On Tuesday and Friday mornings your phone reminds you to lift something heavy, and you do.
None of this is a cure, and we will not pretend otherwise. It is what happens when you understand what is going on, measure it and prepare. Whether you begin with Chapter 1 tonight or with today's row in the tracker, you will notice how quickly confusion gives way to a plan.
The e-book shows you how. The tools make it happen. Here is exactly what you download.
The guide: methods, worked examples, scripts and exercises
Daily log of 20 symptoms scored 0 to 3 with a self-colouring heat-map, weekly and monthly trends, a Trigger lab, a printable one-page Doctor report and a dashboard.
A fillable two-page brief for a short appointment: headline, top symptoms, cycle facts, history, your ask and the plan you agreed.
Organise your goals, history, leanings and worries before the treatment conversation, then record what was discussed for each option.
Plan a calm, specific conversation with your manager: work impact, two or three asks, the benefit, a trial period and the written follow-up.
Your emergency contacts, your support team, your bad-day plan, your three-sentence explanation and a WOOP plan for one goal.
The seven symptom districts on one page, with the surprising ones, the look-alike conditions to rule out and the red flags that must not wait.
What public health bodies say, in general terms, about strength, movement, protein, calcium, alcohol, smoking, sleep routine, CBT and supplements.
Thirty neutral questions for your clinician, grouped by topic, plus a plain summary of what NHS, NICE and The Menopause Society say. Choose five.
The three-part night plan on one page: set the stage, ride the wave, handle the 3 a.m. mind, plus a two-week experiment and when to see a doctor.
The three-sentence explanation with ready scripts for partners, children, parents, friends and managers, plus a side written for the supporter.
Twelve Sunday check-ins that walk you through the kit, plus two strength reminders a week. Imports into Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar; move events to suit you.
Editable wording for booking an appointment, polite persistence, asking for a referral, requesting workplace adjustments, confirming by email and talking at home.
16 cut-out cards: 3 a.m. and hot-flush cards for the bedside drawer, and exact-words cards for the doctor, work and home.
Each chapter opens with a real situation, gives you a method and ends with something to do today, using the tools in your kit.
Why perimenopause so often looks like a dozen unrelated problems, and how this kit helps you join the dots.
The stages, the timeline and why fluctuating hormones make symptoms come and go, explained with WHO and NICE definitions.
Seven symptom districts, the look-alike conditions worth ruling out, and a four-step sort to find your costly three.
How to score 20 symptoms in two minutes a day and let the workbook reveal frequency, severity, pattern and trend.
A three-part night plan that separates comfort measures from treatments, and a two-week experiment to test it.
What public health sources say in general terms about strength, movement, protein, calcium, alcohol, bones and heart.
HRT/MHT, vaginal oestrogen, non-hormonal medicines and CBT summarised neutrally, so you can have an informed conversation.
Headline, one page, teach-back: how to use a short appointment well and what to say if you are brushed off.
The adjustments that usually help, how much to disclose, and a five-step conversation with your manager.
A three-sentence explanation for partners, children and parents, and how to break an inherited silence.
Mood and memory changes, a WOOP plan for bad weeks, and the red flags that need help fast.
The four habits that turn a confusing few years into a managed one.
Every outcome is practised with a worked example and a tool, not just described.
People who measure before and after improve faster and can show it. AssessAll, our sister assessment platform, has AI-graded assessments that pair with this kit. Take one now, work through the kit, then re-take it.
Chloe is articulate and medically trained. Her problem was memory, which is ironic, given the symptom list. Human recall of symptoms is poor at the best of times: we remember the worst day and the most recent day and blur the rest. Perimenopause, with its good weeks and dreadful weeks, makes recall even less reliable. A daily log does four things recall cannot. It shows frequency ("night sweats on 19 of the last 28 nights"). It shows severity without drama. It shows pattern, such as symptoms clustering in the week before a period or after particular evenings. And it shows change, which is the only way you and your clinician will ever know whether something you tried made a difference.

No. Perimenopause Decoded is educational content, not medical advice. It summarises public guidance from bodies such as WHO, the NHS, NICE and The Menopause Society and helps you prepare for conversations, but it cannot diagnose or recommend treatment. Please check with a doctor, pharmacist or registered dietitian, especially if you have a medical condition, could be pregnant, have a history of disordered eating or take medication.
Common signs are changes in cycle length or flow together with symptoms such as broken sleep, hot flushes, mood changes or brain fog, usually in your forties. NICE guidance says that in women over 45 it can usually be recognised from symptoms without blood tests. The e-book explains the stages, and the tracker helps you describe your pattern to a clinician, who is the right person to confirm it.
Keep it short and consistent: score each symptom from 0 to 3 once a day, note sleep, cycle day and bleeding, and add one line of notes. After four to eight weeks, summarise frequency, severity and trend. The Symptom and Cycle Tracker does the arithmetic and produces a one-page Doctor report.
No. It summarises, neutrally, what the NHS, NICE and The Menopause Society say about benefits and risks, and gives you thirty questions to choose from. The decision depends on your age, symptoms and history and is made with a qualified clinician.
Yes. The workbook opens in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice, uses standard formulas with no macros, and arrives with 56 days of sample entries so you can see every sheet working before you add your own.
Yes. Leave the cycle columns blank and track symptoms, sleep and triggers. Without cycle signposts, a symptom record becomes even more useful to your clinician.
Describe the work impact in facts, ask for two or three specific low-cost adjustments, offer a trial period and confirm in writing. The planner and scripts walk you through it. Rights differ by country and employer, so check your policy and local law.
Yes. Three AssessAll assessments pair well with it: Resilience & Stress Management, the Assertive Communication Profile for Individual Contributors and Emerging Leaders, and Reading Statistics in News, Advertising and Social Media Assessment for Everyday Readers, which is handy before you read your next health headline. You will find them at assessall.com.
