Track subjects, topics, sessions, resources and exams in one place, and let formulas show what to revise next.
Revision plans in notebooks and spreadsheets tend to drift out of date within a week. Setting up a tracker that updates itself, and showing others how to do it, is slow work. This deck gives you the architecture and the formulas, ready to edit.

This is a ready-to-use, editable PowerPoint of 51 slides on building an exam revision tracker in Notion. It maps five linked databases, walks through a five-step build, and explains revision progress and next review date formulas. It suits students, tutors and anyone teaching revision planning.
The opening chapters set the scene of exam season and introduce the idea of a revision tracker: one Notion system instead of spreadsheets, sticky notes and calendars. Chapter 3 then deconstructs it into five databases, Subjects or Courses, Topics or Modules, Revision Sessions, Resources and Exams, each with its own slide and property table.
Chapter 4 is a five-step build: a Master Page, the databases, Relations, views and formulas. The Topics board grouped by Revision Status is described as the most-used view, with cards moving from Not Started to Mastered. Three formulas are worked through, a Revision Progress Score that gives each status a numerical value, a Next Review Date that sets a review seven days after the last one, and a third for automation.
Chapter 5 adds progress bars, embedded resources, reminders on date properties and dashboard personalisation. Chapter 6 shows two community templates and a worked example, and chapters 7 and 8 provide a grouped setup checklist, five first action steps and a monthly habit of reviewing the tracker itself.

Walk through the five databases and build the Topics board together, then set the Next Review Date formula as a short exercise.
Share the checklist and the dashboard slides so students can set up a tracker in the first week of revision.
Build the Subjects and Topics databases first, and add Sessions and Resources once the habit is in place.
Download the deck instantly, open it in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides, and edit it for your own subjects. Slide 21 starts the build with the Master Page.
