Turn a graduation ambition into SMART objectives, courses, topics and study tasks that connect to each other.
Students often have a clear ambition and a pile of tasks, with nothing joining the two. Building a goal map and an exam system that link up, and then teaching it, takes planning time. This deck gives you the method and the Notion structure together.

This is a ready-to-use, editable PowerPoint of 51 slides on graduation goal mapping with Notion. It covers a North Star goal, SMART objectives, a Graduation Goals database, Courses and Topics, linked study tasks and calendar and board views. It suits final-year students, advisers and career coaches.
Chapter 1 asks why graduation goals matter and presents the student's dilemma: coursework, deadlines and exams with no unified view. Chapter 2 is the goal-mapping method. Step 1 defines a North Star that looks beyond the degree, Step 2 breaks big goals into SMART objectives, and Step 3 visualises them in a Graduation Goals database with defined properties. A worked example follows a final-year computer science student's career, skill and project goals.
Chapter 3 builds the exam preparation system around it. Step 4 sets up a Courses and Topics database with a CS101 example, Step 5 a Study Tasks and Revision tracker with an example task, Step 6 connects study tasks back to graduation goals with relations, and Step 7 visualises progress in Calendar and Board views.
Chapter 4 covers templates, smart linking, formulas for progress tracking and collaboration features for group revision. Chapter 5 gives a setup checklist and a 15 to 30 minute daily habit, and chapters 6 to 8 end with example stories, a three-step first-day action list, a this-week plan and a short FAQ that confirms the free Notion plan covers the system. Treat the named example students as sample scenarios.

Run chapter 2 as a goal-writing session: each student leaves with a North Star and three SMART objectives.
Use the goals database slides to agree measurable milestones with a student, then link them to the term's courses.
Build the goals database first, and add courses and tasks as the semester gets going.

Both. The chapter slides present well in a class or workshop, and the step-by-step build and checklist slides work as a self-study guide you can follow in your own Notion workspace.
The deck presents them as success stories, but we cannot independently verify the people or their results. Treat them as sample scenarios to adapt, swap in your own, or leave them out when presenting.
