Use AI to prepare structured, role-specific interview questions, then check them for bias and score answers against a rubric.
Preparing tailored questions for every role takes hours, and two interviewers can score the same answer very differently. You want a clear, fair method to share with your panel, without spending an evening building the slides.

This is a ready-to-use, editable PowerPoint deck of about 50 slides on generating interview questions with AI. It includes three prompt templates, the STAR method, a bias audit, a scoring rubric and a competency scorecard. It suits recruiters, hiring managers and interview panel trainers.
The deck starts with why traditional question-writing is slow and inconsistent, then explains what AI question generators do with a job description, seniority level and candidate profile. A short tour of the tool landscape follows, along with a dissected example prompt and an anatomy of an AI-generated question.
The practical heart is the Prompt Pack. Template 1 covers general role assessment with a persona, task, focus and output format, for example three behavioural, three situational, two technical and two cultural-fit questions with follow-ups. Template 2 is a technical role deep dive and Template 3 covers cultural fit and team dynamics. A slide then shows how to customise prompts across roles and scenarios, and a visual breakdown explains the STAR method.
Chapters 4 and 5 add an SOP, a checklist and the safeguards: a bias audit, plus a scoring rubric with a 1 to 5 scale and behavioural anchors, an example rubric for an at-risk account question and a competency scorecard. The appendices add a glossary, further reading, prompt snippets, a detailed case study breakdown, advanced prompt tips and ethical guidelines.

Present chapters 4 and 5, agree the rubric before interviews begin and share the scorecard layout.
Let participants run the three templates on a real role and compare the questions each produces.
Read the STAR and rubric slides first, then try the general role template with your next vacancy.
