Scam-Proof is a complete digital safety kit: a clear, warm e-book on how modern scams work, plus ready-to-use tools that lock down your accounts, protect older parents and tell you exactly what to do in the first hour after fraud.
Scam-Proof · Bodhih Pro Kits · 16 by Bodhih Training, trainers to 2,000+ companies since 2008.
Use one habit, Pause, Check, Verify: slow down, look at what is really being asked, and confirm through a channel you find yourself. Then secure email and banking with unique passwords and two-step verification, agree a family code word, and know your fraud helpline. Bodhih Training's Scam-Proof kit gives you the method and the tools.

Caller ID shows your bank's number, the voice sounds exactly like your son, and the officer on the video call has a uniform and a badge. The old advice to spot spelling mistakes no longer protects anyone.
They answer every call, they're proud, and they don't want a lecture. You have forwarded warnings that go unread and you're not sure how to raise it without causing an argument.
Old email addresses, reused passwords, SMS codes on everything and recovery numbers you no longer own. You know it's risky but don't know where to start.
If money disappeared tonight, would you know who to call first, what to say and which reference numbers to keep? Most people lose precious time searching, and some find a fake helpline.
Imagine a Saturday afternoon a few weeks from now. You open the Account Security Audit workbook, work down the Next best fix column, and watch your household safety score climb as each red row turns green. Your main email has an authenticator app, your mobile number has a PIN, and your payment limits match how you really live.
Picture the next time your phone rings with a crisp voice announcing a parcel held at customs. Instead of a jolt of fear, you notice the levers being pulled, you calmly say "I'll call you back", and you hang up. It takes four seconds. You might even smile.
Now think about your mother or father. As you sit with them and fill in the Family Digital Safety Plan together, you'll find they have spotted more scams than you guessed. You agree a code word, put the Pause-Check-Verify card by the phone, and set a relaxed weekly call. Months later, they ring you before they act on a strange call, which is exactly the point.
And at work, when you deliver the ten-minute briefing, your team leaves with one shared habit and a payment rule nobody can override by voice or video. Whether you start with your own accounts this weekend or with your parents next week, each step makes your circle harder to fool.
The e-book shows you how. The tools make it happen. Here is exactly what you download.
The guide: methods, worked examples, scripts and exercises

A fillable plan for the whole household: emergency contacts, the family code word, banks and helplines, key accounts, devices and the three house rules.
A tick-box check to run on any suspicious call, message, job offer or investment before you act, with a simple score and a decision box.
A step-by-step, time-stamped action sheet for the first hour after money or details are stolen, with space for every reference number you will need later.
A ready-to-deliver 10-minute talk for managers and team leads, with timings, speaker notes, a quick quiz, a payment verification rule and a follow-up email.
Exact words to use with scam callers, suspicious messages, worried parents, banks and helplines, so you know what to say when your heart is racing.
A large-print, one-page card for the phone table or wallet: the three steps, the five never-dos, the code word box and emergency numbers.
Twelve short, copy-and-paste alerts for family and community groups, each covering one scam with the red flag and the safe action.
One page of verified helplines and official reporting portals for India, the UK, US, Philippines, Nigeria, Kenya, Australia and Canada, plus key refund rules.
25 short sessions over 30 days that walk you from the Pause-Check-Verify habit to a locked-down household, a family plan and a workplace briefing.
Each chapter opens with a real situation, gives you a method and ends with something to do today, using the tools in your kit.
Why scams succeed against intelligent, careful people, and how this kit is organised.
The four levers (urgency, authority, fear, hope), isolation, and the Pause-Check-Verify habit that defeats them.
Why a PIN always means paying, the common collect-request and QR tricks, and how fake helplines hide in search results.
The four-act script behind fake police, customs and tax calls, and the exit available at every stage.
The anatomy of a phishing message, how to check a link without clicking, and how to make SIM swap much harder.
Why you can't out-spot a deepfake, and the free family code word and workplace payment rule that beat it.
How fake platforms show fake profits, the five questions before any investment, and how to spot recovery scams.
Red flags for fake job offers and online romance scams, and how to help a loved one with questions rather than accusations.
The CALM conversation and practical protections that keep parents safe and independent.
Passwords, password managers, two-step verification, recovery details and devices, using the Account Security Audit workbook.
A minute-by-minute response plan and a verified table of where to report in nine countries.
Turning the book into small automatic habits over 30 days, for yourself, your family and your team.
Thirteen phrases scammers recycle, what they really mean, and the safe reply to use word for word.
Every outcome is practised with a worked example and a tool, not just described.
People who measure before and after improve faster and can show it. AssessAll, our sister assessment platform, has AI-graded assessments that pair with this kit. Take one now, work through the kit, then re-take it.
Older adults are not uniquely gullible. They are targeted because they often have savings and pensions, answer the phone, and may be lonely or newer to online systems. The FBI's figure of $7.7 billion lost by people aged 60 and over in 2025 tells you scammers have noticed. But the fastest way to make a parent less safe is to make them feel stupid. A parent who has been scolded is less likely to tell you about the next strange call, and telling someone is the best protection there is. Your goal is to be their first phone call, not their supervisor. We use a simple shape for this conversation in our family safety workshops. We call it CALM. Curious. Start with their experience, not your fear. "Do you get many of those strange calls? What do they say?"

Digital arrest is not real. It is a scam in which criminals pose as police, customs, the CBI or other agencies on a video call, claim you are under arrest and pressure you to transfer money. Real officials never arrest anyone on a video call or ask for money to prove innocence. Hang up, tell family and report it.
Stop all contact, then call your bank using the number on your card or in the official app and ask them to block and recall the payments. Report to your national channel straight away: in India, call 1930 and file on cybercrime.gov.in. Secure your email and banking passwords and keep all evidence. The kit's First Hour After Fraud sheet walks you through each step.
Start with curiosity, not warnings: ask about the strange calls they get. Share your own near-misses, agree three simple rules, and fill in a family safety plan together. Chapter 8 covers this CALM approach, and the large-print Pause-Check-Verify card is designed for parents.
No. You never need to enter a UPI PIN, scan a QR code or approve a request to receive money. Entering your PIN always means money is leaving your account. Chapter 2 explains the common payment tricks built on this confusion.
You often can't, which is why the kit doesn't rely on spotting tells. Agree a family code word that has never been online, ask for it whenever money or secrecy is involved, and then call the person back on their usual number anyway.
No. India gets particular attention because of UPI fraud and digital arrest calls, but the methods work anywhere, and the reporting directory covers the UK, US, Philippines, Nigeria, Kenya, Australia and Canada too. Helplines change, so always confirm on official websites.
Yes. The 10-minute briefing is written for managers to deliver at team meetings, with timings, speaker notes, a quiz and a follow-up email. For company-wide use or licences for many teams, contact solutions@bodhih.com.
Take AssessAll's Everyday Scam and Fraud Resistance Assessment for everyday situations, the Social Engineering & Phishing Defence Judgment assessment for workplace tricks, and the Personal Data Judgment assessment for how you handle personal information. Retake them after working through the kit to see what has changed.
Jobulary for Teams lets you build security awareness into each person's development plan, starting from assessment evidence. Pair it with the workplace briefing and a quarterly five-minute refresher.
No. The kit is practical, educational guidance. Bank protection rules, reporting services and laws differ by country and change over time, so check with your bank, the police or a qualified professional for your situation.
₹199 including 18% GST for buyers in India, or $7 for buyers outside India. One-time payment, no subscription, with an automatic invoice.
