First Salary to Financial Freedom · Bodhih Pro Kits · 03 by Bodhih Training, trainers to 2,000+ companies since 2008.
Budget with your take-home pay, not your gross. Move savings out first on payday, cover fixed bills, give spending a real limit and track it for a month. Build a small emergency buffer before anything else. First Salary to Financial Freedom by Bodhih Training gives you the method plus a ready-made Money Planner.

The money arrives, a few comfortable days follow, then a slow slide until you're checking your balance before every coffee. It isn't the size of the salary. It's the order things happen in.
A card here, an instalment plan there, an education loan you'd rather not think about. Without one list, every debt feels equally urgent and nothing gets cleared.
A broken laptop, a medical bill or an emergency trip home goes on a card, and the minimum payment squeezes the next month. Without a buffer, small shocks ripple for months.
You earn more than you did two years ago and somehow save the same. Upgrades crept in without a decision, and now they feel permanent.
You want to help, but you've never said how much you can afford. The calls come, you say yes, and your own plans quietly slip.
Imagine the next payday. The salary lands, and within minutes your savings and extra debt payment have already moved, automatically, before you've bought a single thing. You open the Money Planner, update a few numbers, and the dashboard tells you exactly what's left to spend this month. Thirty minutes, a cup of coffee, done.
Now picture day twenty. Usually this is the cliff edge. This time you notice it feels ordinary. Your groceries pot still has money in it, your bills have gone out on schedule, and when a friend suggests a weekend away you can check the plan and say yes or no without guilt.
As you fill in the Debts sheet for the first time, something shifts. The vague cloud becomes four lines, a total and a date: the month you'll be debt-free. Whether you choose the avalanche to save the most interest or the snowball for faster wins, you'll see both side by side and choose with your eyes open.
And six months from now, when you look at your emergency fund rung, your net worth snapshot and the money conversation you finally had with your family, you'll realise that financial freedom wasn't a big leap. It was a handful of small, repeatable habits, and you've already started them.
The e-book shows you how. The tools make it happen. Here is exactly what you download.

"Pay yourself first" is an old idea: move money to savings the moment you're paid, not at the end of the month. It works because it turns saving from a willpower decision, made thirty times a month, into a single decision made once. Psychologists call the planning trick behind this an implementation intention, a concept from Peter Gollwitzer: a specific "when X happens, I will do Y" plan. "When my salary lands, I move 15% to savings before I buy anything" is far more powerful than "I'll try to save more". The best version is automatic. Most banks let you schedule a transfer for the day after payday. Some employers will split your pay across two accounts. Set it once, and your future self gets paid without needing to remember.

No. The kit is educational. It teaches budgeting, debt payoff, emergency funds and safe money habits, and it deliberately avoids recommending any product, provider, fund or investment. For decisions about tax, pensions, insurance or investments, check official guidance in your country or speak to a qualified, regulated professional.
There's no single right number. The 50/30/20 guideline suggests about 20% for savings and extra debt payments, but in high-rent cities or with debt, starting smaller is fine. What matters most is saving first, automatically, on payday, and raising the amount with each pay rise.
Many people build a small starter buffer first so a surprise doesn't go straight back onto a card, then focus on expensive debt while keeping minimum payments on everything. The book explains the trade-offs and the Money Planner shows both your debt-free date and your emergency fund progress.
Both pay minimums on every debt and send extra money to one target. Avalanche targets the highest interest rate first and usually costs less in interest. Snowball targets the smallest balance first and gives faster wins. The Money Planner calculates both with your numbers so you can see the real difference.
Yes. Upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets; formulas and dropdowns carry across. Amounts are plain numbers with no currency symbol, so it works in rupees, pounds, dollars, naira, shillings or any other currency.
Yes. The planner comes filled with sample data so you can see every number working, formula cells are shaded so you don't overwrite them, and most sheets only need you to type in a few white cells. The Start here sheet walks you through it step by step.
If you'd like to measure your starting point, Bodhih's AssessAll platform offers the Business Arithmetic (percentages, profit and loss, interest) assessment, the Risk, Probability and Statistical Thinking assessment, and the Everyday Scam and Fraud Resistance Assessment for Consumers. They're separate products and entirely optional.
Pick one money goal and plan it with the WOOP method (Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan). Jobulary has a clear guide to setting goals you actually reach with WOOP, and the Money Map worksheet includes a WOOP section so you can put it straight into practice.
