Content Engine 365 gives creators, coaches, freelancers and small brands the part that template packs leave out: a method. Clarity, four pillars, an idea bank, one batching day a month, repurposing and a simple monthly review, on any platform.
Content Engine 365 · Bodhih Pro Kits · 27 by Bodhih Training, trainers to 2,000+ companies since 2008.
Stop making posts one at a time. Decide who you serve and what you sell, rotate four content pillars, keep 30 ideas in a bank, batch a month of content in one session, repurpose each idea into several pieces and review a few numbers monthly. The Content Engine 365 kit from Bodhih Training gives you the method and every tool.

You remember at 9.40 p.m. that nothing is planned for Monday, post something forgettable and promise yourself next week will be different. It is not a discipline problem. Nobody produces good content from nothing, tired, with no plan.
Your notes app is full of half-ideas with no order, so every session starts with deciding. A scored idea bank turns that list into a queue: start at rank 1 and work down.
You spend an afternoon on something good, post it once and watch it sink. Most followers miss most posts. Without a repurposing habit you are doing eight times the thinking you need to.
Follower counts go up, enquiries do not. If you only measure the top of the path, you never learn which posts actually bring customers.
AI assistants give you the average of the internet unless you give them your voice, your proof and your judgment. Most people were never shown how.
Daily posting works until the first bad week, and then the page goes silent for two months. A rhythm with planned rest and a minimum viable week survives real life.
Imagine the first Saturday of next month. You set up your phone once, open a list of twelve outlined ideas already ranked for you, and record them in a single two-and-a-half-hour run. By lunchtime the making is done. As you close the door on that session, notice how different it feels to know the next four weeks are handled.
On Monday you spend twenty minutes with the Calendar sheet. On most days you reply to comments and messages for a quarter of an hour, with a timer running, and drop one good question into your idea bank. When you open the Dashboard, the pillar chart shows you at a glance whether you have slipped into three weeks of nothing but tips.
On the last Friday you fill in one row of numbers per platform. The workbook works out your engagement rate, the month-on-month change and your leads per thousand people reached, and you choose one thing to change. You are no longer guessing. You are running a small, steady engine.
And when a difficult week arrives, as it will, you already know what to do: your minimum viable week, one repurposed post and two short reply sessions. No apology post, no restart from zero. Whether you begin with the audience worksheet tonight or the workbook tomorrow morning, the first small appointment is waiting in Appendix A.
The e-book shows you how. The tools make it happen. Here is exactly what you download.

Calendar events for your first four weeks: plan, decide, prepare, batch, finish, engage and review, ready to import and set to repeat.
Each chapter opens with a real situation, gives you a method and ends with something to do today, using the tools in your kit.
Define one specific person, an offer ladder, a one-line promise and three voice words before you post anything.
Rotate Teach, Show, Connect and Invite in a deliberate mix so your feed earns attention, belief, trust and action.
Catch ideas in ten seconds, score them weekly and keep 30 in reserve so you never face a blank screen.
Write honest first lines in five shapes, build posts as point, proof, step, and choose formats you can sustain.
Make a month of content in four sessions: decide, prepare, make, finish.
Turn each core idea into up to eight native pieces spread over three weeks.
Replace brittle streaks with four weekly beats, planned rest and a simple routine for replies.
Track five steps from reach to sales once a month, ignore the noise and change one thing at a time.
Use AI assistants for volume and variation while you supply the proof, the voice and the final check.
Label ads, gifts and affiliate links clearly, make only claims you can evidence, and use other people's work properly.
Every outcome is practised with a worked example and a tool, not just described.
People who measure before and after improve faster and can show it. AssessAll, our sister assessment platform, has AI-graded assessments that pair with this kit. Take one now, work through the kit, then re-take it.
Jake manages marketing for a family plumbing firm in Ohio. On Tuesday, standing in a customer's basement, the senior plumber said something wonderful about why cheap flexible hoses fail. Jake thought: that's a post. By Thursday, at his desk, with thirty minutes set aside for content, he could remember that there had been something good about hoses. Not what. Ideas arrive when you are working, walking, listening or annoyed. They almost never arrive on schedule at a desk. So the engine needs a part whose only job is to catch ideas when they appear and hold them until making day. That part is the idea bank. Generating options and judging them are different kinds of thinking, and doing both at once does each badly. The practical consequence for you: never ask the same sitting to produce the idea and the finished post. Capture in the wild, in ten seconds. Develop later, in batches.

Start with fewer posts than you think and a fixed weekly rhythm: a 20-minute plan on Monday, 15 minutes of replies most days and a 10-minute review on Friday. Fill the calendar from a ranked idea bank and one monthly batching cycle so the calendar records decisions you have already made. The Capacity sheet in the workbook tells you whether the plan fits your hours before you commit.
Content pillars are the few kinds of post you rotate through so your feed has balance. This kit uses four types: Teach, Show, Connect and Invite. A sensible starting mix is about 40, 25, 25 and 10 per cent, adjusted for your business, with Invite never at zero.
As often as you can sustain for a year. For most solo creators and small businesses, two or three good posts a week on one home platform, with repurposed versions elsewhere, is enough. The Posting Rhythm by Platform sheet gives starting ranges and the principles behind them, with no algorithm myths.
No. Nobody can honestly promise that, because platforms and audiences are outside your control. The kit helps you publish useful, honest content regularly and measure what leads to enquiries, which is the part you do control.
All of them, because it teaches principles and workflow, not features. The dropdowns in the workbook cover Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, WhatsApp, Facebook, newsletters, blogs and podcasts, and you can use any mix.
Yes. Chapter 9 and the AI Prompt Library show how to use ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot or your company's approved assistant for ideas, hooks, drafts and repurposing while you supply the proof and keep your voice. You stay the editor: every draft passes a four-point check for truth, voice, specificity and permission.
If you would like an objective baseline, AssessAll offers work-sample assessments that fit this kit well: the Business Storytelling Work Sample for Managers, Sales and Marketing Professionals, the Structured Business Writing Work Sample, and AI Draft Supervision: Reviewing What the Machine Wrote. They are optional and separate from the kit.
The kit uses if-then plans to make idea capture and weekly planning stick. The Jobulary article 'If-then plans: the best-evidenced habit for following through at work' explains the technique in more depth, and you can use it to turn your content rhythm into a personal development plan with clear cues and small actions.
No. It is educational: a plain summary of common principles with links to official guidance from regulators such as the FTC, the ASA and ASCI, dated October 2026. Rules differ by country and change, so check your local regulator and ask a qualified professional about anything substantial.
Yes. The workbook opens in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice, uses only standard formulas and shows money as plain numbers so you can read them in any currency. Sample rows show a realistic small business so you can see how each sheet works before you overwrite them.
