The ADHD-Friendly Life Kit is a set of low-friction systems for adults with ADHD traits, diagnosed or not, and for anyone who finds ordinary planners punishing. Kind, practical, strength-based and built to be restarted.
The ADHD-Friendly Life Kit · Bodhih Pro Kits · 28 by Bodhih Training, trainers to 2,000+ companies since 2008.
The best system is the one with the fewest steps: one capture point for every thought, three tasks a day, visible timers, routines with a minimum version, bills on automatic payment and a ten-minute restart for when it collapses. The ADHD-Friendly Life Kit from Bodhih Training packages all of this as an e-book, workbook, planner and printables.

You have a drawer of beautiful planners with entries for nine days each. Every blank week feels like a report card, so you stop opening them. The problem was never your effort. It was the twelve steps the planner asked for every day.
Late fees on bills you could afford. A gym you last visited in March. A parking fine that doubled in a pile on the table. It adds up to real money every year, and it feels like a penalty for having your brain.
You think about being on time constantly and still arrive twenty-five minutes late, or forty minutes early and unable to start anything. Leaving at eight somehow begins at eight.
You know exactly what to do and how long it will take. You open the laptop to do it and clean the keyboard instead. Then you tell yourself off, which makes tomorrow harder.
One bad week and the whole routine is gone. The old sentence arrives: I can't stick to anything. Nobody ever told you that collapsing is normal and restarting is the real skill.
Imagine a Sunday evening about a month from now. You make a cup of tea, open the tracker and find that the inbox has caught everything you thought of this week, including the idea you had in the shower. You sort it in ten minutes. Three things go to Never, and you notice how good that feels.
On Monday morning there is a single sheet on the fridge with three tasks on it, each written as a first step. The card inside the front door says keys, wallet, phone. Your alarm says shoes on now. You leave at the time the sheet told you to, not the time your instinct suggested, and you arrive with eight minutes in hand.
When you open your banking app on payday, the bills have already left for their own account and the electricity has paid itself. The audit sheet shows the fees you no longer pay, added up for the year. You didn't become a different person. You removed steps.
And when a rough fortnight knocks everything over, as it will, you pick up the Restart Card. Minimums, one capture, one Must, one reset. Ten minutes later you are back on, with no catching up and no trial. As you picture that, decide which tool you'd open first: the Daily 3 sheet tonight, or the tracker at the weekend.
The e-book shows you how. The tools make it happen. Here is exactly what you download.

One workbook for the whole method: brain-dump inbox, 3-task day log, routine builder, time lab, out-the-door planner, ADHD tax audit, four-bucket budget, bills register and two live dashboards. Any currency.
Two fillable pages to write your own menu of energy-lifting activities (starters, mains, sides, desserts, specials) and pair them with the tasks you avoid.
A one-page daily sheet with three big tasks, first steps, leave-by times and a bonus box. Print a stack of thirty or fill it in on screen.
Four fillable pages: the five-move reset method, a doom pile protocol and tick lists for six rooms, so you follow instructions instead of making decisions.
A three-page fillable planner for asking your manager for specific, low-cost changes: situation, request, benefit, trial, what to share and a written follow-up.
A one-page cheat sheet of twelve different on-ramps for a task that won't start, matched to the reason you're stuck.
A two-page quick reference: tools that make time visible, your multiplier, time-boxing with buffers, backwards planning and alarm labels that work.
A one-page card for the day everything has fallen over: four moves, ten minutes, no catching up.
24 illustrated cards to print and cut: morning, out the door, evening, and reset and money, each showing the minimum, normal and great version.
Two colour posters: the five things that make a hard day count, and a front-door check with space for today's extras.
45 editable scripts for asking for help, body doubling, home and money conversations, work requests, repairing slip-ups and answering your inner critic.
Thirty short daily prompts, four weekly resets and four kind check-ins that import into Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar, so the plan remembers itself.
Sixty ideas sorted by course, time needed, cost and place. Open in any spreadsheet, filter, and copy your favourites into the Dopamine Menu Builder.
Each chapter opens with a real situation, gives you a method and ends with something to do today, using the tools in your kit.
Why this kit swaps effort for design, and the three rules behind every tool.
The five frictions of daily life and how to run a friction audit on any task that keeps slipping.
Externalise everything into one inbox, then sort it into Now, Next, Later or Never.
A Must, a Should and a Kind: the smallest daily plan that still works, including the 1-task day.
Visual timers, your personal multiplier, time-boxing with buffers and planning backwards from the door.
The 2-minute start, the ugly first draft, body doubling, if-then cues and your dopamine menu.
One-step storage, a launch pad, the five-move reset and minimums for laundry and meals.
Every routine in three sizes (minimum, normal, great), hung on anchors and kept in sight.
The ADHD tax audit, bills that pay themselves and a four-bucket budget with one decision a month.
Catch, check, change; the 24-hour rule; and fairer lines for the inner critic.
How to ask for specific, low-cost changes at work, with a trial period and a review date.
The ten-minute restart for the day everything has fallen over, with no catching up.
A day-by-day plan that matches the calendar file, ten minutes or less each day.
Five things that make a hard day count, plus where to find reliable information and assessment.
Every outcome is practised with a worked example and a tool, not just described.
People who measure before and after improve faster and can show it. AssessAll, our sister assessment platform, has AI-graded assessments that pair with this kit. Take one now, work through the kit, then re-take it.
The 3-task day is the smallest planning method we know that still works. Each day you choose three tasks. That is the whole day's promise to yourself. Task 1, the Must. If only this gets done, today counted. It is usually the thing with a consequence attached: a deadline, a fee, a person waiting. Task 2, the Should. It moves something forward. Task 3, the Kind. Something small that makes life better for future you: book the haircut, defrost dinner, reply to your friend. Everything else you do is a bonus, and bonuses do not go on the sheet in advance. This matters. The list must be finishable, because finishing is the reward that brings you back tomorrow. Three finished tasks will do more for your week than twenty-three written ones.

| When you fall off | Silence, and a guilty restart in January | A Restart Card and a practised ten-minute restart |

Start with the quick-start chapter, then the main spreadsheet or planner. Most buyers use something from the kit the same day.
You don't need to become a different person to run your life well. Download the kit, pick one tool and use it imperfectly this week. Whether you begin with a Daily 3 sheet on the fridge tonight or the ADHD tax audit at the weekend, you will have started.

No. The kit is for adults with ADHD traits, diagnosed or not, and for anyone who finds standard planners hard to keep up. If the patterns in the book describe your whole life, the appendix explains how assessment usually works and points to the NHS, NIMH and CHADD.
No. The kit is educational. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend treatment for ADHD or any condition, and the money and workplace chapters describe general organising methods, not personal advice. For health concerns see a doctor or qualified clinician; for money or legal questions, check your local rules or a qualified adviser.
It covers your whole life, not just your desk: home, laundry, meals, bills, budgeting, routines, lateness, self-talk and the conversation with your manager. If you want deeper help with attention at work specifically, Bodhih's Focus Mode kit is the companion.
Lower the number of steps. Keep one capture point, plan three tasks a day, put the plan where you can see it and decide in advance that gaps are allowed. The 2027 ADHD-Friendly Planner and the Daily 3 sheet are designed around that: big boxes, few fields and no guilt pages.
ADHD tax is an informal name for money lost to late fees, forgotten subscriptions, duplicate purchases, fines and rush costs. In the audit sheet you list each one with its cost and how often it happens; the workbook calculates the yearly total, shows your biggest leak and tracks what your fixes save.
Yes. Amounts are plain numbers with no currency symbol, and you set your own income and bucket targets on the Settings sheet. There are no country-specific tax or banking assumptions.
The workbook opens in Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice. The worksheets and planner are fillable PDFs for Adobe Acrobat or tablet apps such as GoodNotes and Notability, and they print on A4 or US Letter. The scripts open in Word or Google Docs and the calendar imports into Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
The Time lab and dashboards in the workbook give you your own baseline. If you would like a structured measure of attention and prioritising skills, AssessAll offers assessments including Time, Priorities & Focus, the Task Switching and Interruption Recovery Assessment and the Sustained Attention and Monitoring Assessment. They are skills assessments, not clinical tests.
Use the 30-Day Gentle Start calendar first, then choose two systems to keep. Jobulary's guide to if-then plans (implementation intentions) is a good next read for turning those into habits and a simple personal development plan.
That is expected, and planned for. The Restart Card gives you four moves that take about ten minutes, and nothing in the workbook needs back-filling. You write today's date on the next row and carry on.
Digital kits are non-refundable once downloaded. The exceptions are corrupted files that we cannot fix within 3 working days, duplicate charges and failed delivery. Write to solutions@bodhih.com and we will sort it out.
