What is agentic AI, in plain words for a leader?
An AI agent is given a goal and tools, and works in a loop: it plans, acts, checks the result and continues until the goal is met or it needs a person. Unlike a chat assistant, it takes actions in your systems, so the leader’s questions are where it may act alone, what it must ask first, and who is accountable for the result.
Who is the Agentic AI for Leaders course for?
It is for CEOs and managing directors, CXOs, function heads, directors, senior managers and board members who decide on agent investments, risk and change. CEOs, COOs, CHROs, L&D heads and AI programme leads buy it for their leadership teams. People who will build or run agents should take Agentic AI for Business Professionals instead.
Do I need technical knowledge or coding?
No. The course is about decisions: strategy, risk, measurement and leading people. Nothing is built, no technical background is assumed and no paid AI tool is needed, because the simulations and the Agent Flight Deck mission run inside the course.
How long does the agentic AI course for leaders take?
About 4 hours in all: four modules of about 45 minutes, a 10-minute baseline and a 12-question final. It is self-paced, and most leaders finish in about 2 weeks alongside their work.
How much does it cost?
The course costs $119 for an individual, and $99 per seat for companies. The price includes the four modules and their simulations, both assessments, the leadership certificate and three complimentary Pro Kits.
What do I get at the end, and is it a university qualification?
You receive the Bodhih Agentic AI for Leaders leadership certificate, issued as an Open Badge 2.0 with a verify page and a PDF, when you score 70% or more on the final (3 attempts). It shows your before and after. It is a Bodhih certificate, not a university or professional qualification; if you need a university brand, live faculty and a cohort, see our buyer’s guide.
How is it different from Bodhih Agentic AI for Business Professionals?
Agentic AI for Business Professionals is a longer, hands-on course for people who brief, configure, test and supervise agents. Agentic AI for Leaders is a shorter course for the leaders who fund, govern and lead. Both use the same fictional company and agents, so a leadership team and its agent owners talk about the same cases.
Can we buy it for our leadership team?
Yes. Company seats cost $99 each; leadership teams usually buy packs of five seats, and you can add more. For a live session, ask about the In-House Workshop, delivered by Bodhih Training and quoted separately. Write to solutions@bodhih.com or call +91 99000 11601.
Does it cover the EU AI Act?
Yes, at board level: the risk-based approach, the dates after the 2026 AI Omnibus amendment (high-risk rules for Annex III systems from 2 December 2027), AI literacy under Article 4, human oversight with real authority, the ban on emotion inference at work and the penalty bands. It also places NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 and India’s voluntary MeitY guidelines. It is not legal advice.
Does completing it make us compliant with Article 4 or ISO/IEC 42001?
No course can do that. Each leader’s dated record (modules completed, baseline and final scores) can support your evidence of the measures you have taken under EU AI Act Article 4, and of competence and awareness under ISO/IEC 42001 clauses 7.2 and 7.3. It supports these; it does not certify compliance.
Will it help me build a business case for AI agents?
Yes. Module 3 teaches value net of checking, fixing, supervision and running cost, baselines and thresholds set before a pilot, and scale, fix or stop decisions, with a worked five-pilot portfolio. Notice how different the numbers look once the checking is counted. It does not prepare you for any outside certification.
