Run the feedback programme that teaches both halves — giving it well and receiving it without flinching.
Feedback Giving & Receiving is a 2-day programme on the CLEAR framework: set the conditions, manage your own defensiveness, ground feedback in evidence, deliver SBI+ statements that land and build a team feedback culture. Facilitator guide, slides, workbook, role plays and assessments included.
- The CLEAR framework — Context, Listen, Evidence, Articulate, Reinforce
- Covers the rarely taught side: receiving feedback, with the PAUSE-BREATHE-LISTEN technique
- Scripts for navigating the five most common defensive reactions
- Ends with a full feedback conversation simulation and a 90-Day CLEAR Plan
Feedback Giving & Receiving Trainer Toolkit by Bodhih Training — built on programmes delivered to 2,000+ companies since 2008.
The workshop is on the calendar. The material isn’t.
One model is not a programme
Most feedback sessions teach a formula and run a role play. Leaders still avoid the conversation because they have not dealt with why feedback fails, or with their own reaction when it comes back at them.
Receiving is left out
Almost every feedback course is about giving. Designing credible practice for receiving feedback — and for handling someone else's defensiveness — is where most trainers run out of material.
Culture needs more than a conversation
Clients want teams that give each other honest feedback, not just leaders who deliver it annually. That takes a rhythm and team norms, which a one-off skills session does not provide.
Picture the evening before your programme.
Picture the start of Day 1. You ask the room why feedback so often fails, and work through the four root causes. Then comes Context: participants assess their own relationships with the TRUST model, and see that some feedback was never going to land because the conditions were not there.
Next they turn the lens inward with Listen — practising PAUSE-BREATHE-LISTEN for the moment someone gives them difficult feedback. Evidence closes Day 1: rewriting vague judgements into specific, observable behaviour.
On Day 2 they Articulate, building SBI+ statements for real conversations they have been putting off, and rehearse the five most common defensive reactions until they have words ready for each. Reinforce shifts to the team: a feedback rhythm and a Team Security Charter. A full feedback simulation brings it all together.
As the programme closes with a 90-Day CLEAR Plan, you'll notice how much lighter the word 'feedback' sounds in the room than it did on the first morning.

Walk in with data. Walk out with proof.
Trainers who measure before and after design sharper sessions — and get rebooked. AssessAll, our sister assessment platform, has assessments that sit naturally alongside this programme.
Walk in knowing where every participant starts.
Pair Feedback Giving & Receiving with an AssessAll assessment. Participants take it before the workshop, so you can tune the emphasis to the room; they retake it afterwards, so you can show the client what actually moved. Better-targeted sessions, and evidence that wins the next booking.

The rest of the Bodhih family, when you need it
Make the workshop last beyond the room
A workshop is two days; the behaviour change takes months. Jobulary turns assessment evidence into a focused individual development plan (IDP) — a few quarterly objectives built on real work, re-measured honestly. Give every Feedback Giving & Receiving participant a plan to carry forward.
IDPs are launching soon — the working demo is free to explore now, no sign-up.

What is the CLEAR feedback framework?
CLEAR is the five-part structure of this programme: Context (setting trust conditions with the TRUST model), Listen (receiving feedback without defensiveness), Evidence (grounding feedback in observable behaviour), Articulate (delivering SBI+ statements) and Reinforce (building a team feedback culture).
What is the difference between SBI and SBI+?
SBI describes the Situation, the Behaviour and its Impact. The programme's SBI+ builds on that structure to create feedback statements that land and move the conversation forward; the Facilitator Guide explains the full model.
Does this programme teach how to receive feedback?
Yes. Receiving feedback is a core part of Day 1, using the PAUSE-BREATHE-LISTEN technique, and Day 2 covers how to respond when the other person reacts defensively.
What exactly do I get in the Feedback Giving & Receiving trainer toolkit?
14 editable files: Training Design Document, Facilitator Guide, Slide Deck — Simple Backup, Slide Deck — Main, Virtual Delivery Guide, Participant Workbook, Pre-Work Material, Case Studies, Role-Play Scenario Pack, Quick Reference Cards, Assessment Instruments, Participant Feedback Form, Certificate Template, Marketing Toolkit. Word and PowerPoint formats, so you can add your own branding and examples — and a single ZIP to download everything at once.
How much does the Feedback Giving & Receiving toolkit cost?
₹2,999 including 18% GST for buyers in India, or $29 for buyers outside India. One-time payment, no subscription, with an automatic invoice.
How and when do I receive the files?
Immediately. Your download page opens the moment payment succeeds, and a permanent download link is emailed to you. The link works from any device without a password.
Can I deliver this programme to my clients and put my own logo on it?
Licensed to the buyer to deliver this programme to their own participants and clients, in person or online, and to adapt and brand the material. Reselling or redistributing the files is not permitted.
