A three-step mapping method, with templates, to match your resources to your demands.
When everything feels urgent, it is hard to know what to tackle first. Creating a clear method and templates from scratch takes time. This deck gives you a mapping process that turns vague pressure into something you can see.

This is a ready-to-use, editable PowerPoint deck of 51 slides on Stress Load Mapping. It teaches a three-step method of listing stressors, assessing resources and visualising the balance, with templates, examples, routines and a prevention plan. It suits professionals, coaches, managers and wellbeing facilitators.
After a short chapter on burnout and warning signs, with a vignette about an overextended creator, chapter 2 introduces Stress Load Mapping as a proactive tool. The goal is not to eliminate stress but to make your resources match your demands, while gaining agency over what you can control.
The mapping is in three steps. Step 1 identifies stressors across work, personal life and other areas, using a Stressor Inventory template and a worked example. Step 2 assesses internal and external resources with a Resource and Coping Inventory rated for effectiveness and frequency, again with an example. Step 3 visualises the load as a balance between stress and resource effectiveness.
Chapter 3 turns the map into action with boundaries, routines as a shield, self-compassion and energy management, supported by a daily tracker. Chapter 4 builds resilience through mindfulness, gratitude, purpose and a three-question Identifying Your Why exercise. Chapter 5 gives a personalised prevention plan, self-care blocks, a daily checklist and weekly review, and chapter 6 closes with continuous improvement steps and resources.

Run chapter 2 as a hands-on session, with each person completing the stressor and resource inventories and comparing patterns.
Use the inventories in a one-to-one, then agree one boundary and one routine from chapter 3.
Map your stressors this week, review the high-intensity, low-control ones and set one new boundary.
