Bodhih First-Time Manager: From Expert to Leader
Lead your team on purpose: hold the one-to-ones, feedback and delegation conversations well, run a team plan your boss approved, and show the results with evidence from your own work.
A six-month, self-paced pathway for new people managers: 12 modules, three Bodhih Arena simulations, Pro Kits, booster questions and a workplace action log. The Core track (weeks 1 to 13) builds the people skills and ends with a 90-day team plan your boss approves; in the Extended track (weeks 14 to 26) the plan runs at work while you finish the last three modules.
