Corporate AI training in Saudi Arabia: building national workforce capability in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam
By Bodhih Training Solutions, Bengaluru · UpdatedThe short answer
Saudi organisations building national workforce capability under Vision 2030 can use Bodhih in three ways: online AI courses in English for employees, the Bodhih LMS to run an internal academy, and Trainer Toolkits at US$29 so local trainers can deliver programmes themselves. Bodhih Training, whose Train the Trainer certification is ranked Global Top 7 by Technavio, delivers in Saudi Arabia. Contact us for in-house delivery in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam.
How does AI training fit Vision 2030 workforce goals?
Vision 2030 puts developing Saudi talent at the centre of economic diversification, and localisation requirements mean companies across sectors are hiring and developing more Saudi nationals into professional and managerial roles. Organisations in Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province are being asked to show not just that they hired, but that they built capability.
AI skills now belong in that plan. A newly hired graduate who can use AI responsibly in finance, HR or sales becomes productive sooner; a new Saudi manager who can use AI to prepare feedback and plans gains confidence faster. The strongest programmes measure where people start and show where they end up, which is how Bodhih courses are built.
Why build local trainers rather than fly trainers in?
Many Saudi organisations are building internal academies so that knowledge stays in the company and training can be delivered by Saudi trainers in the way employees prefer. That needs three things: trainers who can facilitate well, programme materials they can adapt, and a platform to run it on.
- Facilitation skill: Bodhih Training runs Train the Trainer certification in Saudi Arabia; see its page on bodhih.com.
- Materials: Trainer Toolkits give each trainer a ready-to-deliver programme of 14 editable Word and PowerPoint files, including a facilitator guide, slides, workbook and assessments, for US$29, to deliver under the organisation’s own brand and adapt as needed.
- Platform: the Bodhih LMS hosts the academy’s own SCORM, PDF, Word, PowerPoint, video and audio content, with branding, a custom domain and branches for each region or subsidiary.
Which online courses suit which roles in a Saudi organisation?
Courses are online and in English. Prices are in Indian rupees, exclude GST and are billed by an Indian company; exports of services are zero-rated for GST, as explained on the pricing page. Your finance team should confirm any local tax treatment.

What does an internal academy on the Bodhih LMS cost?
LMS bands are billed annually and quoted in US dollars as well as rupees. Launch is $1,490 for up to 50 seats; Growth $4,290 for up to 200 seats with single sign-on and automations; Scale $12,900 for up to 1,000 seats with SCIM, xAPI, API and competency reporting; Enterprise is quoted from $22,000 for larger organisations and includes data residency, an SLA and a named customer success manager. Organisations with data-location requirements should raise them early so we can confirm what Enterprise can offer.
