Day 2 moves into people and progress: mapping stakeholders on the Power/Interest Grid, writing honest RAG status reports that build trust, and closing projects properly with lessons captured and handover done. Each participant leaves with seven completed artefacts, a 30-Day PM Action Plan and an accountability partner.
