Day 2 turns to data. Operate with Data covers common versus special cause variation, process capability, run charts, Pareto analysis, histograms and control charts. Work the DMAIC cycle then walks through all five phases, from a four-criteria problem statement and project charter to a control plan, before an Apex DMAIC integration simulation ties it all together.
By the final session, you'll notice participants measuring problems they used to estimate.

What is DMAIC in Lean Six Sigma?
DMAIC — Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control — is the Six Sigma improvement cycle. In this programme it forms the final pillar of the FLOW framework, taking participants from a project charter with a four-criteria problem statement through to a control plan that sustains the gain.
Does this Lean Six Sigma training suit service and office teams?
Yes. It is written for service, administrative and operational contexts, drawing on Womack and Jones' finding that in most service and administrative processes only 5–20% of lead time is genuine value-added work.
Is this a Lean Six Sigma belt certification course?
