Deliver a DISC workshop that goes past the four colours — to real conversations with real people.
DISC Personality Assessment for Leaders is a fully designed 2-day programme on the READ framework, built on Marston's public-domain DISC model — so you can run it without buying a proprietary assessment licence. Written by Bodhih Training, ready to deliver.
- READ: Recognise Each Style, Expand Your Communication, Adapt with Intention, Drive Team Dynamics
- Based on the public-domain DISC model (Marston, 1928) — no proprietary instrument used or reproduced
- Heavily applied: participants work on real relationships and their own team's style mix
- Outputs include a self-profile, communication adaptation matrix and team DISC map
DISC Personality Assessment Trainer Toolkit by Bodhih Training — built on programmes delivered to 2,000+ companies since 2008.
The workshop is on the calendar. The material isn’t.
Personality workshops that stop at labels
Participants love finding out they are a 'high D' or 'high S' — and then nothing changes. You need a design that turns style awareness into different conversations the following week.
Licence costs eat the margin
Many DISC programmes depend on proprietary profiles bought per head. For independent trainers and budget-conscious clients, that can make the workshop hard to sell.
The hard conversations are skipped
Recognising styles is the easy part. Adapting under pressure — in feedback, conflict and team decisions — is where leaders struggle, and where most programmes run out of material.
Picture the evening before your programme.
Picture Day 1 beginning with a question: 'Who on your team do you find hardest to communicate with — and why?' Within the hour, participants are recognising styles from observable behaviour, building their own DISC self-profile and seeing their own blind spots more clearly than they expected.
By the afternoon they are expanding their repertoire — style-to-style communication adaptations captured in a matrix they can keep on their desk. The Facilitator Guide provides every activity and debrief, and the case studies show what happens when styles collide, like a fast-moving D-style leader and a careful C-style analyst.
Day 2 is about adapting with intention: flexing style in difficult feedback and conflict, then mapping their real team's style distribution and planning how to use that diversity instead of being frustrated by it. A full simulation pulls the READ framework together, and each leader leaves with a 30-day application plan.
You'll notice how naturally people start describing colleagues differently — less 'difficult', more 'different'.

Walk in with data. Walk out with proof.
Trainers who measure before and after design sharper sessions — and get rebooked. AssessAll, our sister assessment platform, has assessments that sit naturally alongside this programme.
Walk in knowing where every participant starts.
Pair DISC Personality Assessment with an AssessAll assessment. Participants take it before the workshop, so you can tune the emphasis to the room; they retake it afterwards, so you can show the client what actually moved. Better-targeted sessions, and evidence that wins the next booking.

The rest of the Bodhih family, when you need it
Make the workshop last beyond the room
A workshop is two days; the behaviour change takes months. Jobulary turns assessment evidence into a focused individual development plan (IDP) — a few quarterly objectives built on real work, re-measured honestly. Give every DISC Personality Assessment participant a plan to carry forward.
IDPs are launching soon — the working demo is free to explore now, no sign-up.
