How do I apply to universities abroad step by step?
Write your reason, score a shortlist on fit, entry match and full cost, count back from the earliest deadline, prepare tests, write your statement in your own words, brief recommenders early, track every application yourself, compare the full cost and loans, check offers before paying, and build the visa file from the official page. The Study Abroad Application System from Bodhih Training gives you a file for each step.

You already feel the problem. Here is what it is costing you.
Nineteen tabs and no plan
Course pages, rankings, forums, loan calculators and a cousin's advice, all open at once. Without one place to see the whole season, deadlines slip and the wrong things get done first.
The statement that sounds like everyone else's
Templates and 'sample SOPs' produce statements that could belong to anyone. Admissions readers notice, and many universities now check for similarity and undeclared AI help.
Money decisions in the dark
Tuition is one number on a page. The real cost includes every month of living, fees, set-up and the interest on a loan, sometimes paid during the course. Families sign before they see it.
Agents, fake offers and visa myths
Promises of guaranteed admission or visas, offer letters that never came through a portal, and document lists copied from a forum. Most of the trouble starts where official sources were skipped.
Picture the next few weeks with the kit open beside you.
Picture a Sunday evening a few weeks from now. You open the Dashboard and see the whole season at once: three applications in, one deadline 75 days away, one letter still to come, and the money position in a single line your parents can read too.
As you open the Writing sheet, you see the one piece that is over its limit, and you already know what to cut, because your statement grew out of your own evidence bank rather than someone else's template. When you send the recommender brief, your professor replies the next day.
When the offers arrive, you do not pay two deposits in a panic. You put both on the Offers sheet, read the cost per score point, check the refund terms in writing and decide with the people paying, using the agreement you signed months earlier.
And whether you start with the shortlist tonight or the cost of attendance tomorrow, each step has its file, its first line to type and its official source to check.

When you have worked through it, you will be able to…
Every outcome is practised with a worked example and a tool, not just described.
- Score and cut a long list of programmes to a short list you can defend to your family
- Build an application timeline backwards from the deadline that cannot move
- Write a statement of purpose in your own words, with evidence, inside the limit
- Brief recommenders so they can say yes quickly and write specifically
- See the full cost of attendance for each option, in your own currency, total and per year
- Compare education loans on what they really cost, including interest during study
- Compare offers on value and check deposits and genuineness before you pay
- Build a visa file from the official page and recognise agent and offer fraud

A statement of purpose (or personal statement, or motivation letter, depending on the country and the programme) answers three questions an admissions reader has about you: can this person do the work, do they know what they are signing up for, and will they make good use of the place? It is an argument made with evidence, not a biography and not a list of adjectives. It must also be yours. Universities set their own rules about help with statements and about AI tools, and many check applications for similarity and for signs of undeclared assistance. Beyond the rules, there is a practical reason: an admissions interview, a visa interview or your first week of seminars will quickly show whether you can talk the way your statement writes. Get feedback. Never let anyone, or any tool, write it for you.

The Study Abroad Application System: FAQs
Read the free guideAlready bought? Resend my linkDoes it work in my country?
The method works from any home country to any destination, and the workbook handles any home currency plus three destination currencies. The dated sheet covers what we found on official pages for the UK, Germany, Canada, the US and Australia in November 2026, and the adviser registers for Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Rules change, so always check the official page and, where needed, a licensed adviser.
Will this kit write my statement of purpose?
No, and nothing should. The kit gives you a method, structures and questions so you can write a strong statement yourself, plus an own-words check. Many universities check for similarity and undeclared AI use, and an interview will show whether the statement is yours.
Can I use this with my students or clients?
Yes, within your own practice under the personal licence: use the templates and the method with the students you advise, branded with your own name. Please don't share or resell the files. Company and multi-site licences are available from solutions@bodhih.com.
Is this immigration, legal or financial advice?
No. It is an educational planning method. Visa rules, fees, proof-of-funds amounts and loan terms differ by country and change often; the kit keeps specifics on one dated sheet and sends you to the official page, your university and a licensed adviser or qualified professional.
How do I measure my starting point before I apply?
If you want an independent read before you book tests or start writing, AssessAll offers Global English Proficiency, Study Skills & Learning Strategies, and Academic Integrity & AI Use: Where Your Line Is. They are separate products and are named on the Start-here map.
How do I turn the plan into goals I will keep?
Application seasons are long. Jobulary's guide to the WOOP method shows how to set goals you actually reach, and it pairs well with the weekly Dashboard check-in in this kit.
How much does a master's abroad really cost?
It depends on the country, city, course length and exchange rate. The Cost of Attendance sheet adds tuition for the whole course, living costs for every month, visa and health fees and set-up, subtracts awarded scholarships and shows the total and the cost per year in your currency.
How do I compare education loans?
Get written quotes with the same details from at least three lenders, then use the Loan Compare sheet. It shows interest during the moratorium, the monthly instalment, the total you pay, the extra over the amount borrowed and any cash you must pay during study.
How can I tell if an agent or an offer letter is fake?
Nobody can guarantee admission, a scholarship or a visa. Check advisers on the official register, confirm any offer that did not come through the university's own portal with its admissions office, and never pay to a personal account. The red-flags sheet and the offer worksheet walk you through it.
Do I need Excel?
No. The workbook opens in Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice; the forms in any PDF reader; the templates in Word or Google Docs.
How much does The Study Abroad Application System cost?
₹999 including 18% GST for buyers in India, or $29 for buyers outside India. One-time payment, no subscription, with an automatic invoice.
How do I get the files after paying?
Instantly. Your download page opens the moment payment succeeds, and a permanent download link is emailed to you. Download each file separately or everything in one ZIP.
What software do I need?
Any of the usual tools: Excel or Google Sheets for spreadsheets, Word or Google Docs for templates, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview, Xodo or GoodNotes for the fillable PDFs, and Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar for the calendar plan.
Can I get a refund?
Because it is a digital download, kits are not refundable once downloaded. We always refund a duplicate charge or a failed delivery, and if a file is corrupted and we cannot fix it within 3 working days. Full terms: bodhih.org/refunds.
Can my company buy this for a team?
Yes. Team and company licences, and workshops on this topic run by Bodhih Training, are available. Write to solutions@bodhih.com or call +91 99000 11601.
