How is a download different from an e-learning course?
A download is a thing you read or use. An e-learning pathway is a measured programme: it opens with a diagnostic, requires graded practice and a work artifact, and ends in an exam and a verifiable credential. If you want evidence that somebody changed, that is a pathway rather than a download.
