Who are these courses for?

Working professionals in India who need a specific capability at work rather than a qualification — a manager taking on their first team, someone moving into client-facing work, an individual contributor who has to write, present or negotiate more than the role used to require. The material is the same material Bodhih has taught inside companies since 2008, packaged so one person can take it without waiting for their employer to run a programme.

How is a course different from a Bodhih pathway?

A course teaches a subject and ends when you finish it. A pathway is measured: it opens with a diagnostic against the Competency Spine, which scores 32 competencies across five bands, then runs learn, practise, apply and prove stages and re-measures the same competency 90 days later. The credential a pathway issues states the movement between the two measurements and is verified by link as an Open Badge 2.0.
